Royal School of Engineering and Technology (RSET), Guwahati

The Royal School of Engineering and Technology (RSET) is a division of the Royal Group of Institution. The RSET is situated in Tirupati Balaji Temple on NH-37 in Guwahati (Assam). The Institution is set up in the year of 2009 and permitted by All Indian Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The Institution is allied to Assam Science and Technology University (ASTU).


The RSET campus has a world-class foundation with best in class amenities which are completely equipped with modern facilities. On a campus, there is a high-quality cafeteria facility with hygienic and healthy meals alongside with a broad menu to cater all the tastes. The campus consists of three halls: the multipurpose hall with a 700 seating limit, the seminar hall having a seating capacity of 120 students and the conference room.


The Institution provides many facilities such as a communication lab, best in class experience, air-conditioned computer center and high-tech laboratories. There is a high-tech computerized modern library which is stocked with rich collection of advanced books and article. The RSET gives well-furnished, comfortable, air-conditioned hostel accommodation separately for boys and girls.


The RSET just offer Undergraduate courses in different disciplines. Some of the major UG courses in the engineering field are given below:

The main aim of RSET Training and Placement cell is to guide the student’s for their profession not just to create quality workforce. The arrangement cell plan is to coordinate the corporate world requirement with the goal of the students. The Institution also arranges the different placement training programs to improve the personality development skill of the student. Our selection representatives are HCL, Genpact, IBM, Airtel, Wipro, Lava, L &T Infotech and so many.
