Programme

Thanjavur Medical College offers undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in the medical field. The institution offers undergraduate degree in Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) programme. The institution also offers postgraduate course in MD and MS programme for the duration of three years. The duration of the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) programme is five and a half years with the compulsory rotational internship training of one year while the duration of the MD and MS programme are three years. The college also offers Diploma in Pharmacy.
