Xavier Institute of Management is a management school which was established in the year 1949. The institution is located in Jamshedpur. The institution aims to offer an enriching learning experience to aspiring managers. It also aims to conduct the research and development work for their students.
Campus
The campus is spread over fifty acres of land. The campus provides residential facilities for the students. It also provides residential facilities for the staff. The institution has a sprawling campus located in Jamshedpur with the scenic setting of the Dalma Hills in the North and the Tata Iron & Steel Company in the South.

The institution has a training and placement cell which provides placement to the students.
