JEXPO 2025 Exam Schedule

WB Polytechnic Online application forms has been released from 15th April 2025. Candidates are allowed to submit the registration form till 15th July 2025. Once the application form window is closed no candidate application will be accepted.

Last year the registration form was released on 23rd February 2024 and candidates were allowed to fill out the application till 31st May 2024. Link to fill out the application is activated on the conducting body’s respective website.

Candidates are required to submit the application form very carefully as the authority will not provide not correction facility. Also, attach all the documents as prescribed by the authority in the same size and format.

JEXPO exam has been scrapped, so after registration, the authority will be releasing a JEXPO 2025 merit list of selected candidates. Merit list will be released via online mode in the month of June 2025.  No result will be sent to candidates via post or any other mode.

After the declaration of result/ merit candidates will have to complete the counselling process. JEXPO 2025 counselling will begin in third week of June 2025. Last year it began on 21st June 2024. Candidates’ admission will be cancelled if at the time of counselling any document is found false or if there is a delay in the fees submission process.

WB Polytechnic 2025 Application Form

Candidates must check following details regarding the application form:

• The application form-filling process has been commenced through online mode.
• It has been started from 15th April 2025 and will be continued till 15th July 2025 for online mode.
• Only candidates who meet the eligibility criteria are allowed to apply.
• Candidates applying should have an active email ID and phone number.
• The registration process include steps of self-registration, form filling, document upload, and fee submission.
• While filling application form, candidates have to upload passport size photograph & signature.
• Authority does not provide any correction facility in the application form.
• Candidates should not apply multiple times, this will lead to form rejection.
• There is no need to send any hard copy of the application form by post to the authority.
• Candidates must also take a printout of the filled application form for further use.

Application Fee:

The online application fee is Rs. 450/- (Rs. 225/- for Kanyashree Enrollees). Candidates can only submit the application fees via online mode through Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card / UPI. Once the application fees are submitted then no refund will be given. Candidates who fail to submit the application fee for their registration form will be rejected.

WB Polytechnic 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must check the following eligibility criteria before applying:

• Nationality: Candidates should be an Indian citizen.
• Qualifications: Candidates must have passed 10^th class examination from any recognized board.
• Appearing Candidates: Candidates who are appearing in their 10^th class are also eligible to apply.
• Marks: To be eligible candidates are required to have 35% marks in their qualifying exam.
• Domicile: Must be a permanent resident of West Bengal State.
• Subjects: Only candidates who have Science/Physical Science and Mathematics subjects in the class 10th can apply.
