OUAT 2024 Counselling will get start from 12th August 2024. OUAT is a university level entrance examination, organized by Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology. OUAT conducts the entrance exam for various UG courses which is known by the name of OUAT Common Entrance Exam (CEE). The exam is a gateway to get admission into B.sc (Hons.) (Agriculture/ Horticulture/Forestry/Community Science), B.V.Sc & A.H./B.Tech (Agri. Engg.)/B.F.Sc. In this article candidates must check the details of OUAT Counselling 2024, including some other important details.
OUAT 2024 Counselling
OUAT counselling process will be held on the basis of merit of the candidates. Candidates have to attend the counselling in person on prescribed schedule. Merit for UG courses is drawn on the basis of weighted score of the candidates in the entrance test (50%), HSC examination (25%) and 10+2 examination (25%).
Candidates those wishing to get admission in B.Sc. (Forestry), must appear in the Physical Endurance Test. This test will be conducted one day before the day of counselling.
It will be mandatory for all qualified candidates to appear in the counselling process. Admission will be offered to candidates after the commencement of counselling.

OUAT 2024 Selection Procedure
Candidates will be required to fill the online Form-B on the website. Candidates must start this process just after the declaration of results or merit list. At the time of filling Form-B, candidates must be needed to upload the necessary documents on or before the last date. Candidates should have to bring the printout of the filled form-B along with the original and self-attested photocopies of the relevant documents.
The admission will be purely based on the candidate’s academic records and the performance in the entrance exam. If candidates fail to produce the original documents their candidature gets cancelled by the admission board.
Reservation Policy:
The reservation policy will be decided by the state government of Odisha.

OUAT Admission 2024
A common merit list and category-wise merit list will be prepared for UG courses. Admission will be provided on counselling basis, followed by fulfilling the eligibility criteria. The counselling date & time for the shortlisted candidates will be published in the intimation-cum-rank card.
Candidates may download it from the website. If seats remain vacant after the conduction of counselling, then spot counselling may be conducted to fill up the vacant seats. Once a candidate lock his/her choice of college or stream, they are not allowed to make any changes afterwards.
Seats will be allotted on the basis of merit list, preference of course as chosen by the individual & seats availability.

- Certificate of 10th class as proof of date of birth
- Mark sheet of 12th class
- Certificate of 12th class
- Reserved category certificate
- Residential certificate
- Aadhaar card
- Permanent residential certificate of Western Odisha
- 5 passport size photograph as uploaded in form-A
