The authority of Delhi ITI announces rank twice during the selection procedure. Firstly, tentative rank is scheduled on the website on 8th July 2025.

Candidates can follow the below-mentioned steps to download the Delhi ITI 2025 Merit List/ Result:
- Visit the online website (link will be given above).
- On the homepage, Click the link that reads “Delhi ITI 2025 Merit List.”
- A login page will open, enter the details, such as application number, and date of birth.
- Then, click on the Submit option.
- Delhi ITI 2025 merit list will appear on the screen.
- Download the Delhi ITI 2O25 merit list.
- For future reference, take a printout of the merit list.

Delhi ITI 2025 Tie-Breaking Criteria
The Delhi ITI 2025 Merit List is uploaded after calculating the percentage of marks obtained by the candidate in the qualifying exam. The rank list is prepared by arranging the qualifying scores in descending order. If the case arises where two or more candidates have similar scores then the ranks will be allotted based on below below-mentioned factors.
- Candidates who are of higher age will be ranked higher.
- If a tie persists, the candidate with the lower application number will be assigned the higher rank.
Delhi ITI 2025 Seat Reservation
As per the policies of the Delhi government, candidates belonging to the category/sub-category mentioned in the online registration form will be provided a reservation at the time of counselling. Check out the list of reservation Quota based on different factors:

Documents Required for Admission
The Delhi ITI 2025 admission will be granted to candidates based on their rank in the merit list. If the candidates make it to the merit list and qualify for their selected centre, they will be allotted their chosen center.
Selected candidates need to report to the designated centre after completing all admission formalities. All applicants must bring their original documents along with a set of photocopies to the centre for document verification.
