NTA Announces JEE Main 2025 April Final Answer Key & Result Date

JEE Answer Key: Today on 18th April 2025 NTA has announced dates for JEE Main session 2 final answer key and result for paper 1.

However on 17th April 2025 NTA released the JEE Main 2025 Session 2 answer key via online mode. It was released on jeemain.nta.nic.in

The answer key released in the evening and after few hours of the release the JEE April session answer key was removed. Till now the reason behind the removal is unclear that as it is a technical glitch or was it intentionally removed by the National Testing Agency.

JEE Main provisional answer key was released on 11th April 2025 and for this year according to the previously uploaded answer key, only two questions were dropped from the final answer key. These dropped questions were both from the 1st shift of April 3 (347577562 in domestic exam, and 347577939 in international).

Candidates also raised concern when the provisional answer key was released and NTA said that “NTA has always followed a transparent examination process, which allows candidates to view their recorded responses as soon as the provisional answer keys are released. The NTA considers every challenge to the provisional Answer Key with utmost seriousness.”

Why JEE Main 2025 Final Answer Key Removed?

The reason behind removal of JEE Main answer key is unclear but as per the reports the candidates has claimed that there are errors and mistakes in the answer key.

This could be one of the reason behind NTA removing the JEE Main 2025 April session final answer key for paper 1. JEE aspirants and coaching institutions experts have taken social media to show there frustration and point out mistakes done by the National Testing Agency in the final answer key.

Today on 18th April 2025 NTA has said that ” The Final Answer Keys of JEE (Main) 2025 Session-II will be available for download on the JEE(Main) website by 2 PM today, i.e. on 18th April, 2025. The result of JEE(Main) 2025 will be declared latest by 19.4.2025. This is for information to all candidates.“
