Aspirants are claiming that they made mistakes while applying because the UPSC NDA 2 2025 portal has been updated, and it’s new to them. Additionally, they have also encountered technical issues while applying. However, previously, the authority also extended the application form submission window after receiving appeals from the candidates.
NDA 2 Form Correction 2025: Allowed or Not?
As NDA aspirants continue to ask whether UPSC will open a correction window for NDA 2, our team contacted the help desk via the phone number provided on the official UPSC website. In response, the official stated that the correction window “may or may not be provided” for NDA 2.
Under the official website “Instructions and FAQs, ” question number 12 states that:
“Q.12. Can I edit my Aadhaar profile, 10th Board profile, or candidate identity profile after final submission? No, once you have made the final submission, the Aadhaar profile, 10th Board profile, and Candidate Identity profile cannot be unlocked or edited. Please review all details carefully before submitting.”
Till now, no official written information has been announced by the authority. However, candidates are advised to keep checking the respective website to know about updates on the correction process.
NDA Application Correction: Guide
Earlier this year, the authority provided an application correction facility for the NDA 1 2025 application process. For 07 days, the UPSC opens the window to edit the NDA form.
For the previous session, application correction was started on 01st January 2025, and the last day was 08th January 2025. The application correction facility for UPSC NDA was a one-time opportunity for correcting the form.
When this facility is provided, candidates are allowed to make changes in their name, mother’s name, father’s name, date of birth, education details, changes in picture and signature size format, gender, category, etc. Not all the fields are editable.
