• Application form for VGU Admission 2026 has been released for various UG & PG courses.

How to Apply for VGU Admission 2026

• Step-1: Visit the website of VGU (Link is mentioned above). 
• Step-2: On the homepage, press the “Apply Now” button. 
• Step-3: Start by registering yourself by entering the basic information. 
• Step-4: Now submit the application fee using online mode. 
• Step-5: Fill the application form with details such as academic qualification, personal, communication details, etc. 
• Step-6: Upload the scanned documents in prescribed format & size. 
• Step-7: Recheck the details once before submitting it & press the “Submit” button. 
• Step-8: Do not forget to take a hardcopy of application form for further usage.

VGU 2026 Eligibility Criteria

For UG Courses: 

• Qualification: Candidates should have completed class 12th level from a recognized board to apply. 
• Marks: In qualifying exam, candidates must obtain at least 50% marks or more to be eligible. 
• Appearing: Those appearing candidates in class 12th level will also be eligible to apply. 

For PG Courses: 

• Qualification: To be eligible, candidates must have a bachelor’s degree from any recognized university. 
• Marks: Candidates with at least 50% marks in their graduation will be eligible to apply. 
• Appearing: Candidates appearing in graduation level can also apply for admission. 

VGU 2026 Admission Procedure 

Those qualified candidates in the entrance exam will be eligible to participate in VGU 2026 admission procedure. It will be organized through online mode only. Initially, candidates will be required to register themselves. 

Candidates will be shortlisted for admission based on merit list & rank obtained by them in the exam. There will be various rounds in the admission procedure of VGU. 

VGU 2026 Entrance Exam

VGU 2026 exam will be conducted through online mode. VG University conducts its own entrance exam such as VGUCET, AIFSET & Design (Code). Through these exams candidates will be able to get admission into various UG & PG level courses. Exam for Phase I was conducted on 15th November 2025 & in December 2025 for Phase II. 

For Design (CODE), Design Aptitude Test is conducted. Admission into Forensic Science related courses will be given based on AIFSET (All India Forensic Science Entrance Test). A total of 60 minutes will be given to complete the exam. 1 mark will be awarded for each correct answer. There will be no negative marking in the exam for incorrect answers. 

VGU 2026 Result/ Merit List

VGU 2026 Result will be released through online mode. Candidates will be able to check the result by visiting the website. The university will release a separate merit list for different courses on the website. 

Result for Phase I has been released on 17th November 2025 & in December 2025 for Phase II. Those candidates whose name will appear on the merit list will be able to participate in counselling procedure. Candidates are advised to keep the hardcopy of result safe for further usage in admission. 

VGU 2026 Counselling

Counselling procedure of VGU 2026 will be organized through online mode. Qualified candidates in the entrance exam will be able to participate in the counselling process. There will be various rounds in counselling such as fee payment, seat allotment, verification of documents, reporting, etc. Based on merit list & choice filling, the seats will be allocated to the candidates. 

Applicants will need to submit the admission fee to confirm the admission after allocating the seats. After that, an admission letter will be sent to every shortlisted candidate through email. For the verification process, candidates will be required to carry some important documents during reporting.
