SRM University 2027 Eligibility Criteria

- Nationality: Applicants with Resident Indian or Non-Resident Indian (NRI) or PIO or OCI cards issued by Government of India will be eligible to apply.
- Qualification: Candidates with 10+2 passed from a recognized board will be eligible to apply for admission.
- Age Limit: To apply, the candidate age should be 16 years and 6 months as on 31st July 2027.
- Marks: In the qualifying exam, candidates must score at least 60% aggregate marks to apply for admission.
- Subject: To be eligible for admission, candidates with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/ Biology/ Information Technology/ Engineering Graphics etc subjects in qualifying exams can apply.
SRM University 2027 Admission Procedure
In the admission procedure of SRM University 2027, there will be two gateways to get admission i.e entrance exam based or non-entrance exam based. One will have to qualify the SRM entrance exam to get admission through entrance exam based. Those qualified candidates in the entrance exam will be able to participate in further counselling procedures.
Besides, the SRM Admission test will also be provided through a merit list or other national level entrance exam such as NEET, CAT, XAT, MAT, UCEED, CEED, etc. Those candidates who appeared in the national level entrance exam can directly apply for counselling procedure.
SRM University 2027 Entrance Test
SRM University conducts its own entrance exam to offer admission into various courses. SRM University offers admission in various UG/PG courses through entrance tests. University conducts SRMJEEE (UG) for B.Tech courses & SRMJEEE (PG) for M.Tech courses & SRMJEEM for MBA Programmes.
The entrance exam will be held via online mode in different phases. It will be a remote proctored online test. Eligible candidates can appear for this exam from their home or anywhere. For incorrect responses, there will be no negative marking.
SRM University 2027 Result/ Merit List
The results of SRM University 2027 will be announced through online mode. After a few days of the entrance test date. To download the result, candidates will be required to use their login credentials such as application number & DOB.
Those shortlisted candidates in result will be eligible to participate in further counselling procedure. Also, university will prepare a merit list as per the marks scored by the candidates in class 12th. Graduation or other qualifying exams for a few courses. After generating that PAL (Provisional Allotment Letter), candidates must have to pay the required fee within a given time frame after allocating a seat.
