Every year, Armed Force Medical College (AFMC) organizes the AFMC Nursing admission procedure. There is no entrance exam conducted by AFMC to offer admission.

NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) is conducted by NTA (National Testing Agency) every year at national level. Based on NEET scores, candidates can apply for admission. Only female candidates can apply for admission. Based on the final merit cum choice, admission will be given. Final merit list for qualified candidates will be prepared using NEET scores, CBT of General English (ToGIGE), Psychological Assessment and Interview.

Application Fee:

AFMC Nursing 2026 Application Correction 

Candidates will be able to make corrections in the submitted form, in case of any mistake made in it. NTA will provide the AFMC Nursing (NEET) 2026 application correction facility through online mode. 

For a few days from 10th to 12th March 2026 the edit window will be opened. Candidates are suggested to make their correction done within stipulated time, as there will be no extension made in it. Candidates have to use their login credentials to edit the submitted details. 

AFMC Nursing 2026 Eligibility Criteria

• Nationality: Applying candidates must be an Indian citizen, Non-Resident (NRIs), Foreign Nationals, Overseas Citizen of India (OCI), PIO to be eligible. 
• Qualification: To be eligible, candidates must pass class 10+2 exam or its equivalent from any recognized board. 
• Marks: In qualifying exam, candidates must obtain minimum 50% aggregate marks for general (40% marks for reserved category). 
• Subjects: Candidates must have Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English subjects in the qualifying exam. Additional subjects with biology/ Bio-technology will also be eligible to apply.
• Age Limit: The age of candidates must be 17 years at the time of admission. Candidates must be born on or before 31.12.2009. 
• Appearing: Those appearing candidates in the qualifying exam can also apply for admission.

How to Apply for AFMC Nursing 2026

• Go to the website of AFMC Nursing (NEET) (Link is given above). 
• On the homepage, press the “Registration form NEET (UG) – 2026” option. 
• Press the “New Registration” button to proceed. 
• Start with the registration procedure by entering the valid mobile number & Email ID for OTP validation. 
• Login details will be sent to the registered mobile number & email Id. 
• Now login using allotted details & start filling the application form. 
• Fill the form with details such as personal, communication, academic qualification, contact, exam cities, & other required information. 
• Proceed to upload scanned documents such as photograph, signature, thumb impression & other requisite documents. 
• Applicants have to upload the live photograph during form filling. The live photograph should be matched with an Aadhaar card.
