From the year 2022, Anna University is conducting two separate entrance test – TANCET and CEETA PG. CEETA PG as discussed is conducted for PG Engineering admissions & TANCET is now conducted only for MBA/ MCA courses. Meanwhile, CEAP is introduced by the University for conducting single window counselling for PG Engineering courses admission. Those having valid GATE scores also must appear for CEETA PG. CEETA PG 2024 Answer Key
The authority has released the provisional answer keys of CEETA PG 2024 in PDF format on 13th March 2024. Candidates are able to download the CEETA PG answer keys and check responses online through the website. Also, question papers will be made available.
Final answer key has been released on 22nd March 2024. CEETA PG Answer key have mentioned answers to the questions asked in paper. In case candidates want to raise objections, they can do so when the objection window opens for a certain period.
CEETA PG 2024 Result
Anna University has announced CEETA PG results on 28th March 2024. Candidates are able to check result online on the website. To check results or download scorecard students are required to enter their login details – Roll number/ DOB.
CEETA PG score card can be downloaded from 3rd April to 3rd May 2024. Merit list is prepared by the authority mentioning the names of the candidates eligible for further counselling process. No result/ scorecard will be sent to candidate through offline mode or mail.
CEETA PG 2024 Counselling
Those successfully qualifying the entrance test, can register for counselling process. CEETA PG Counselling has been started from 15th April 2024. All the candidates shortlisted in the merit list are eligible to participate in counselling rounds.

- Qualification: Students should have bachelor’s degree or its equivalent from a recognized board or university.
- Appearing Students: Those who are appearing in the final year of graduation degree will be also eligible to apply.
- Minimum Marks: Candidates in the qualifying degree must have obtained aggregate of 50% marks (45% marks for reserved category of Tamil Nadu) to be eligible.
- GATE Scores: Candidates with GATE scores also have to appear for CEETA PG.
CEETA PG 2024 Exam Pattern

- Exam mode: The exam will be conducted in online CBT mode.
- Number of Questions: There will be 115 questions in the paper.
- Questions type: Multiple choice questions will be asked in the paper.

- Marking Scheme: For every correct answer, 1 mark will be provided. 1/3 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
