Applicants must go through the important instructions related to CENTAC 2025 application form:

• CENTAC 2025 Application Form has been released through online mode.
• Candidates are able to apply for admission from 12th May 2025.
• It is mandatory for students to fulfil the eligibility criteria of CENTAC 2025.
• Do registration by providing basic information such as candidate’s name, gender, date of birth etc.
• Candidates must enter the correct and valid information in application form i.e. personal, communicational, academic details etc.
• Applicants must upload scanned image of photograph and signature within a specific size and format.
• There is no correction facility to edit mistakes in application form, so applicants must fill the form carefully.

CENTAC 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must check out the complete eligibility criteria for CENTAC 2025:

For B.Tech Course:

• Qualification: Applicants should have passed class 12th or 3 year diploma course from a recognized board. 
• Marks: Candidates are required to score minimum 45% marks and 40% marks for OBC/ BCM/ MBC/ EBC/ BT/ SC/ ST category candidates.
• Subject: Applicants should have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as a compulsory subject.
• Age limit: Students must be 21 years as on 1st July 2024 and 3 years relaxation are given to SC/ ST category candidates.

For BDS/ MBBS Courses:

• Qualification: Candidates must have passed 12th level examination from a recognized board.
• Marks: To be eligible, applicants are required to score at least 50% marks and 40% marks in case of reserved category students.
• Subject: Students should have Physics, Chemistry and Biology as a compulsory subject in qualifying exam.

Following are the step by step procedure to apply for CENTAC 2025:

• Visit the website of CENTAC (link is mentioned above).
• Click on “CENTAC 2025 Application Form”.
• Register yourself by entering required details i.e. name, DOB, mobile number etc.
• After registration, an OTP will be send for verification.
• Now, generated application number and password will be send to the candidates registered contact details.
• Fill the application form by providing required information such as personal, educational, communicationals details etc.
