CENTAC 2025 Application Form

These are some general instructions candidates must follow to fill the CENTAC Application Form 2025:

  • The Application form of CENTAC 2025 must be submitted through online mode only.
  • The authority will release the registration form in first week of June 2025.
  • Candidates will have to register and login to fill in their personal & qualification in application form.
  • The online application must be filled with utmost care, as no correction facility will be provided by the authority to make changes after submission.
  • Candidates will have to upload their scanned photograph and signature in prescribed size and format.
  • Application form will be filled and submitted till fourth week of June 2025.
  • Candidates are advised to take several printouts of submitted application form for future correspondence.

Application Fee:

  • CENTAC 2025 Application Fee will be paid through online mode.
  • Candidates can submit the fee via debit card/ credit card/ net banking etc.
  • The fee submitted will be non-refundable.

How to Apply for CENTAC 2025

These are some steps involved to apply for CENTAC 2025:

  • Step-1: Visit the website of CENTAC (link will be available above).
  • Step-2: Go to the “New Registration” and enter a valid mobile number and email ID.
  • Step-3: Complete the registration process and generate the login ID.
  • Step-4: After registration, login to website and fill in application form with details like personal and academic etc.
  • Step-5: Candidates must upload their photograph, scanned signature etc. in prescribed format.
  • Step-6: Once all files are uploaded, click on “Make Payment”  button.
  • Step-7: Submit the application fee using online payment gateways.
  • Step-8: Candidates must take printout of submitted application form and fee receipt for future uses.

CENTAC 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must check the eligibility criteria for CENTAC 2025 from below:

For B.Tech Courses:

  • Qualification: Applicants must have completed their 12th class or equivalent conducted by Board of Higher Secondary Examination of Tamil Nadu or other equivalent board.
  • Marks:  In the qualifying examination, candidates must score at least 45% marks (40% in case of OBC/MBC/EBC/BT/SC/ST) in aggregate.
  • Subjects: One must have passed the qualifying examinations in subjects like Physics & Mathematics with any one of Chemistry, Computer Science, Information Practices etc.

For MBBS/ BDS/ BPT Programme:

  • Qualification: Candidates must have passed their 12th standard or equivalent conducted by Board of Higher Secondary Examination of Tamil Nadu/ other equivalent board/ other equivalent board.
  • Marks: At least a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (40% in case of OBC/MBC/EBC/BT/SC/ST) must be scored in the qualifying examination.
  • Subjects: It is mandatory to pass the qualifying examinations with subjects like Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Botany/ Zoology.

CENTAC 2025 Merit List

CENTAC Merit List 2025 will be released through online mode. It will be prepared based on marks obtained in qualifying examination or national level examination. Candidates will be able to check their merit rank in second week of July 2025

The authority will publish a merit list in draft on the verification of documents by giving two or three days to raise objections. The authority will release the final merit list considering the objects raised by candidates.

CENTAC 2025 Cut Off

The authority will release the CENTAC Cut Off 2025 to check the eligibility of candidates for admission to various courses. It will consist minimum qualifying marks that a candidate will be required to score in order to get selected for admission. 

Authority will release CENTAC 2025 Cut off through online mode on their website. Qualifying cut off will be determined based on several factors such as availability of seats, last year’s cut off trends, reservation, performance in qualifying examination etc.

CENTAC 2025 Counselling

The counselling procedure for admission to UG & PG courses will be organised by authority via online mode. The CENTAC Counselling 2025 will be organised in fourth week of July 2025. The allotment of seats will be made based on choices of courses in order of preferences, merit scores, seat availability as per merit and reservation. 

Once the provisional allotment list will be released, candidates will have to download their provisional allotment letter and report at the allotted institute. Candidates will be informed about the counselling through SMS/E-Mail.

CENTAC 2025 Admission

The CENTAC Admission 2025 will be done in one or more rounds depending upon the vacancy of seats. Once the candidates have allotted seats, they will have to download their provisional allotment letter and opt for Freeze, Float or Upgrade, Reject their existing seats.

Those candidates who will accept the seats will have to report at the allotted institutes within the stipulated date and time. Candidates will have to produce their original documents to the college for completing the admission procedure.
