These are some general instructions to fill CG PPHT Application form 2025:

• Candidates will be able to submit CG PPHT 2025 application form through online mode.
• The application form will be filled by candidates from third week of May 2025.
• Before filling the application form, candidates must fulfil eligibility criteria of CG PPHT 2025.

How to Apply for CG PPHT 2025

Candidates must follow these steps to apply for CG PPHT 2025:

• Step-1: Go through the website of CG PPHT (link will be given above).
• Step-2: Click on “Profile Registration” tab.
• Step-3: Enter name,mobile number and other details and create a password.
• Step-4: Now, select exam name and  fill in details like personal & academic details.
• Step-5: Upload scanned images of candidate’s photograph and signature.
• Step-6: Click on Declaration box and submit the form.
• Step-7: Then, Click on “Pay” button and submit online application fee.
• Step-8: Take a printout of filled application form for further references.

CG PPHT 2025 Application Correction

The authority will provide a facility to make corrections in case of any errors in filled details of online application forms. The candidates will be given some more days after the last date of online application form submission to make corrections in error. 

The CG PPHT Application Correction 2025 will be facilitated to candidates in second week of June 2025. Candidates will have to go through the edit window of CG PPHT to correct details.

For B.Pharmacy/ D.Pharmacy:

• Nationality: Candidates must be an Indian Citizen to apply.
• Qualification: Candidates must have qualified 12th standard or its equivalent from any recognised board.
• Subjects: Passed qualifying examination with subjects like Physics, Chemistry, any one of Mathematics/Biotechnology/Biology as three core subjects along with English as mandatory subject.
• Marks: In qualifying examination, candidates must have obtained 45% marks (40% in case of SC/ ST/ OBC category).
• Appearing: 12th appearing candidates will also be eligibility to fill registration form.

CG PPHT 2025 Exam Pattern

CG PPHT 2025 Admit Card

CG PPHT 2025 Admit Card will be released through online mode. Candidates will have to visit a website to be able to download admit card. The authority will release admit card in third week of June 2025. 

Candidates will have to use their login credentials  such as Application number and password in order to download CG PPHT Admit Card 2025. It will be advised to candidates to keep their hall tickets in safe custody to be produced during the time of examination and admission procedures. 

CG PPHT 2025 Answer Key

The authority will publish a CG PPHT Answer Key 2025 in second week of July 2025. It will be made available through online mode on the website of authority.  The answer  key will be published in form of a PDF. 

Candidates appearing for CG PPHT 2025 exam will be able to download the answer key using theri login credentials. In case of any discrepancies found in answer key, candidates will be able to challenge for the same.

CG PPHT 2025 Result

CG PPHT Result 2025 will be announced in first week of August 2025 through online mode. Candidates will be able to check their result on website of authority through a login process. The result will not be sent through any offline mode. 

The result/scorecard will be prepared on the basis of scores obtained by candidates in entrance exam. The result of CG PPHT will consist of details like name, registration number/roll number, gender, date of birth, overall rank, total percentile, merit rank etc.

CG PPHT 2025 Merit List

A merit list of shortlisted candidates will be prepared based on the performance of candidates in entrance examinations. The authority will prepare three different merit lists i.e, CG PPHT Merit List, Class 12th Merit List & Lateral Entry Merit List.

CG PPHT Merit List 2025 will be announced via online mode on the website of authority. Those candidates who successfully qualify their exams and achieve minimum cut off will have their names in merit list.
