CG PPHT 2024 Admit Card will be released via online mode. CG PPHT (Chhattisgarh Pre-Pharmacy Test) 2024 will be conducted by the CPEB (Chhattisgarh Pre-Examination Board). It is a state level entrance exam. It is organized for admission in B.Pharma & D.Pharma courses offered by the various private and government institutions in Chhattisgarh state. The CPEB (Chhattisgarh Pre Examination Board) will organize the CG PPHT 2024 entrance exam for pharmacy courses. The examination will be held on 13th June 2024.
The CPEB will release the admit card for all successful applications to grant them an entry in examination and further procedure. The admit card will be released 5-10 days prior to the examination date. Candidates will get only few days to download the admit card.

The admit card will contain the candidate’s personal information, exam information and exam venue and date schedule. The admit card will contain following details:
- Name of the candidate.
- Father/guardian name.
- Date of birth.
- Photograph/signature.
- Name of the examination.
- Name of the exam centre/college.
- Address of the exam centre.
- Date of exam.
- Time of examination.
- Important instructions for the candidate.
Chhattisgarh PPHT Admit Card Releasing Date
Chhattisgarh PPHT 2024 admit card will be released via online mode only. No mail or post or sms containing the admit card will be sent to the candidates.
For the year 2024, the admit card will be released in second week of May 2024. Candidates will be able to download the admit card till the date of exam. The examination will be organised on 13th June 2024.
How to Download CG PPHT Admit Card
To get the CG PPHT admit card 2024, candidates must have to visit only the official site of CPEB. There will be two ways to get admit card. One is by entering the registration ID and another in by entering some credentials given below:
- Enter the exam type.
- Enter the name of candidate.
- Enter the relative name.
- Enter date of birth.
- Select the examination.
- Click on search.
- Print or download admit card.
Candidates must keep the admit card secure till the end of entire admission procedure. It will be asked at any stage of admission process by the authorities.
CG PPHT Exam Instructions
Complete details about the exam and special guidelines for the exam appearing students will be provided on the admit card which can be issued online. Students must download and go through the instructions briefly. It contain the do’s and don’ts for the examination.
All the necessary documents and things which is to be carried on the exam day will be mentioned on the admit card. No candidates should take restricted items with them into exam hall otherwise they are debarred from appearing for the exam.
