Delhi ITI 2024 Result/ Rank List will be released in the first week of July 2024. Delhi ITI is a state level admission procedure organized by the Department of Training and Technical Education Government of NCT. Through this admission procedure, candidates will get admission in various ITI trades at government and private ITI colleges situated in Delhi. Students will be shortlisted on the basis of qualifying exam merit scores and no separate exam will be conducted to provide admission. Delhi ITI 2024 Result/ Merit List

The merit list of Delhi ITI 2024 will be released through online mode. The authority will prepare a merit list of selected students for admission. The final rank list will be released in the third week of July 2024 on the basis of marks secured by the candidate in entrance exam. In case of any discrepancy the authority will provide the objection facility along with the provisional merit list. 

After verifying objections raised by the candidates, the authority will release the final merit list for the applicants. According to merit list/ rank list, the seats will be allotted to the candidates. Students whose name will appear in the merit list will be eligible for further admission procedure.

How to Download Delhi ITI 2024 Result

Follow the given steps to download the Delhi ITI result 2024:

• Visit the online website (link will be available above).
• Click on Delhi ITI 2024 Merit List link.
• Enter the required details such as application number, date of birth etc.
• Click on the Submit button.
• The merit list will be displayed on the screen.
• Check the merit list and download it.
• Take a printout of it for further admission process.

Delhi ITI 2024 Seat Reservation

The reservation will be as per the Delhi government policy at the time of counseling. The benefit of reservation will be available only if the candidate belongs to the category/sub category mentioned in the online registration form.

State wise Quota of Seats:

• For Delhi schools candidates- 90%
• For other state school candidates- 9%
• Wards of J&K migrants- 1%

Category wise Reservation (Vertical Reservation) of seats:

• Schedule castes- 15%
• Schedule tribes- 7.5%
• Other Backward Class Non Creamy Layer 27%
• Economically Weaker Sections (EWS)- 10%

Subcategory wise Reservation (Horizontal Reservation) of seats:

• Female Candidates (all Co-ed ITI’s only)- 30%
• Divyang Person with Disabilities (Horizontally Reserved)- 4%
• Defense Personnel (Horizontally Reserved)- 5%
• NCC Cadets- 1%
• Staff Wards-1%
• Ward of Delhi Police and Govt. of NCT- 2.5%
• Minority Candidates- 50%

Weightage:

• Rural Area candidate subject to condition that both the school and residence of candidate should be located in Rural Area of Delhi – 5% of marks obtained
• Defense Personnel Quota – 5% of marks obtained

Tie-Breaking Criteria

The rank of candidate will be generated by calculating the percentage of marks/grades secured by candidate in the qualifying exam and arranged in descending order. In case if two or more candidates score grade/percentage then following criteria will be followed to allot the distinctive ranks:

• Candidates higher in age will be given higher rank.
• If tie still does not break, the candidate application number in ascending order will be allotted the higher rank.

Delhi ITI 2024 Admission

The admission will be given to applicants on the basis of their rank in merit list and choice of center they filled. The selected candidates will need to report at the allotted center after completing all the formalities of admission procedure.

It will be compulsory for all the applicants to carry their original documents along with the set of photocopies at the center. All the students must know that document verification will be one time process and will remain valid throughout the admission.
