It is conducted twice in a year in the month of June and December. The examination will be conducted by the National Board of Examination (NBE). The candidates who wish to get provisional or permanent registration with Medical Council of India (MCI) or any State Medical Council of India must apply for FMGE. Following are the details about FMGE 2023 Application Form with some instructions given below:

• The FMGE 2023 Application form for December session has been released from 23rd November 2023,
• Application Form for FMGE 2023 is made available through online mode only.
• The registration process for December session can be filled till 13th December 2024.
• Candidate must fill the application form with details like personal, educational qualification, contact number, etc.
• The application form can be accepted only of eligible candidates, so they must make sure they fulfil each eligibility norms.
• Candidates must not forget to upload the scanned documents like photograph and signature to complete the application form.
• FMGE 2024 correction process has been started from 15th December 2023.
• Final edit option is enabled from 29th December 2023 till 1st January 2024.
• Details in the application form must be correct as no correction facility is provided to candidates.
• After entering the details candidate must take the printout of the application form for future use.

Application Fee

• The application fee can be submitted through online mode.
• Candidates can pay using Credit card, Debit card, and Net Banking.
• The application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

FMGE 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Check the following eligibility criteria for FMGE 2023 given below:

• Nationality: Candidate must be either Indian citizen or Overseas citizen of India.
• Qualification: Candidate must have primary medical qualification approved by Indian embassy concerned, recognized qualification from medical practitioner in the country.
• Candidates who hold medical tests from countries like Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom, and United State of America will no need to qualify the screening test.

FMGE 2023 Application Correction

Candidates can edit images & documents in the application form from 15th December 2023. Corrections are allowed only in signature, thumb impression, photograph, etc. After last date, no candidate are allowed to edit or modify the documents uploaded in application form.

The FMGE 2023 correction facility for general/ other information has been started from 29th December 2023. It is provided for specific fields and for limit time period. There are some details that cannot be altered or edited like mobile number and email id, date of birth, name of candidate, nationality, gender.

How to Apply for FMGE 2023 Application Form

Here are step by step procedure for filling the application form for FMGE 2023 below:

• Go to the website (Link is given above).
• Candidates who want to apply for FMGE exam have to create an online profile to generate the User ID and Password.
• Then candidate have to enter the user id and password to login and register an online application.
• Click on “Go to Application” link for entering the details.
• Fill the application form with details like name, gender, date of birth, email id, academic details, etc.
• Upload the scanned documents like photograph, signature, and Thumb impression.
• The test city can be selected from available choices on first come first serve basis.
• After selection of test city candidate shall be required to pay the exam fee online.
• Candidate must preview the entire application form before submission.
• Agree to the declaration and submit the application form.
• Take the printout of the filled application form with Transaction ID for future reference.
