Ganga Group of Institutions (GGOI) 2024 Application Form will be made available from April 2024. Institute offers admission in various Under Graduate & Post Graduate courses i.e. B.Tech, BBA, BCA, M.Tech. MBA etc. Candidates seeking admission in the field of engineering & technology, management programmes can apply for this. It is a university level admission procedure & organises one time each year. No separate entrance examination is conducted for admission. Admission will be offered based on the merit list. Candidates will also get admission through national/ state level entrance exam. • GGOI 2024 registration form will be made available through online as well as offline mode.
• Application form will be available in the institute offices or candidates can download it from the website.
• Candidates will be able to fill their application form from the month of April 2024.
• Candidates will need to check all eligibility norms before filling the application form.
• Fill details i.e. educational, personal, communication, category, course, address etc.
• Candidates will need to send filled application form by post to the authority with other required documents.
• Application form will be submitted till the second week of September 2024.
• Candidates must fill details carefully in the application form as no correction facility will be provided after submission of it.

Application Fee:

• Registration fee will be Rs. 500/- for each category.
• Application fee will be submitted through online or offline mode.

• In case of offline payment, it will be submitted through demand draft.
• Application fee will be non-refundable once paid.

GGOI 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates are advised to go through the given GGOI Eligibility Criteria 2024 before filling the application form:

For B.Tech:

• Qualification: Candidates must have passed 12^th or its equivalent exam from any recognized board.
• Subjects: Candidates must have physics & mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of biology/ chemistry/ computer science/ engineering graphics/ business studies.
• Marks: One should obtained minimum of 45% marks (42.75% for reserved candidates of Haryana only).
• Scores: Candidates having score card of JEE Main will be given preferences.
• Appearing: 12th class appearing candidates will also be eligible to apply.

For BBA:

• Qualification: Candidates must pass 12th level exam from Board of School Education, Haryana or any other equivalent exam.
• Marks: Candidates must have obtained at least 45% marks (40% for reserved candidates of Haryana only).
• Appearing: Candidates those are appearing in 12th class will also be eligible.

For M.Tech:

• Qualification: Candidates must have passed bachelor’s degree in relevant field from a recognised institute.
• Marks: One should obtained at least 50% marks (47.50% for reserved candidates of Haryana only).
• Scores: Preferences will be given to GATE qualified candidates.

For MBA:

• Qualification: Candidate must be graduated in any discipline from any recognized university/ institute.
• Marks: Candidates must have secured 50% marks (47.5% for reserved candidates of Haryana only) in their qualifying exam.
• Scores: Preferences will be given to XAT/ MAT/ CAT qualified candidates.

GGOI 2024 Admission Procedure

GGOI 2024 Admission Procedure will be completed in various steps. Eligible candidates will need to submit registration form of Ganga Group of Institutions (GGOI). Based on the scored obtained by the candidates, they will be shortlisted for further admission procedure.

Merit list will be prepared by the authority on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in national/ state level entrance examinations. Candidates those name will be mentioned in merit list will only be able to participate in counselling. Final admission will be done after the interview and other admission rounds.

GGOI 2024 Merit List

GGOI merit list will be released in third week of September 2024. It will be released through online mode on the website. Merit list will be prepared for the candidates whose application form has been submitted successfully. GGOI 2024 Merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained by the candidates in their qualifying exam or other entrance examination.

Merit list will contain details i.e. name of the candidate, total marks obtained, merit rank etc. Based on the merit list, candidates will be able to participate in the counselling procedure.

GGOI 2024 Counselling/ Admission

Authority will organise counselling procedure for the shortlisted candidates from fourth week of September 2024. It will be necessary for the eligible candidates to attend counselling procedure by person. Counselling will be organised by the Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES).

Counselling procedure will be done in various steps i.e. registration, seat allotment, document verification etc. Seats will be allotted to the candidates based on the marks secured by them in the examination. Candidates will get their allotment letter on the website.

After allotment of the seats, candidates will need to report at the institute to complete other admission formalities. Candidates must present on the given date and time at the institute. 75% seats will be provided to the candidates based on 12th scores and 25% seats will be offered based on the counselling.

Candidates are also advised to bring their original documents as well as photocopies for verification. Final admission will be provided to the candidates only after verification of documents and fee submission.
