GGOI 2025 Application Form will be made available through online as well as offline mode. GGOI (Ganga Group of Institutions) organises an admission procedure at university level once a year. This admission procedure is organised to provide admission in various UG & PG courses in the field of Engineering & Technology, Computer Application, Management, Architecture etc. The admission will be offered on the basis of last qualifying merit. Eligible candidates interested for admission to B.Tech/ BBA/ BCA/ B.Arch/ B.Ed/ M.Tech/ MBA/ MCA courses must fill the application form. Admission will also be given based on other national/ state level entrance exam. GGOI 2025 Application Form

Know the general information and instructions related to GGOI Application Form 2025 below:

• The GGOI 2025 application form will be available through online as well as offline mode.
• Registration form will be made available for download from the website or at the institute offices.
• Filling and submission of application form will be started from the month of April 2025.
• Applicants must check all eligibility norms before filling the application form of GGOI 2025.
• While filling the form, candidates will need to provide required details like personal, educational, communication, category, course, address etc.
• All the details filled in application form must be correct, as no correction facility will be provided after final submission.
• Applicants will have to send application form by post at the admission office with other required documents.
• The application form will be submitted by candidates till second week of September 2025.
• Candidates are required to keep a print copy of registration form for future references.

Application Fee:

• Application fee will be Rs. 500/- through online/ offline mode.
• Debit card/credit card/net banking etc. will be the online payment gateways.
• Offline application fee will be payable through a DD issued in favour of Ganga Group of Institutions payable at New Delhi.
• Registration fee of GGOI 2025 will be non-refundable, in any case.

How to Apply for GGOI 2025

Candidates will have to follow the given step by step procedures to apply for GGOI 2025:

• Step-1: Go to the GGOI website (link will be given above).
• Step-2: Click on “Apply Now” button and register by entering name, email ID, mobile number, courses applied for, etc. 
• Step-3: Now, login to portal using email ID and password.
• Step-4:  Fill the application form with necessary details like educational, contact, address and personal details.
• Step-5: Upload a passport size photograph and signature in prescribed format.  
• Step-6: Proceed to payment option by using prescribed online payment gateways.
• Step-7: An application number will be given upon submitting the online application by making a successful online payment.
• Step-8: Lastly, take a printout of filled application form for future correspondence.

GGOI 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must satisfy the given GGOI Eligibility Criteria 2025 before filling the application form:

For B.Tech:

• Qualification: Applicants must have completed 10+2 level or its equivalent from any recognized board will be eligible.
• Subjects: Candidates must have passed the qualifying examination with physics & mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of Biology/ Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies.
• Marks: In the qualifying examination, candidates must obtain a minimum of 45% marks (42.75% in case of reserved candidates of Haryana only).
• Scores: Applicants with a valid score card of JEE Main will be given preferences.

For BBA:

• Qualification: Applying candidates must have passed 12th level exam from Board of School Education, Haryana or any other equivalent exam recognized by university.
• Marks: One must have secured at least 45% marks (40% for reserved candidates of Haryana only).
• Appearing: Those candidates appearing in 12th class will also be eligible.

For MBA:

• Qualification: Candidates must have passed a Bachelor’s Degree of three year duration in any discipline  or any other examination recognized by university.
• Marks: Applicants must have achieved a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (47.5% marks for SC/ST/ PwD candidates of Haryana only).

For MCA:

• Qualification: One must have passed BCA/ B.Sc. (Hons.) Computer Science/ B.E. or B.Tech. (CSE/IT)/ B.Voc.(Software Development/IT) or an equivalent degree will be considered eligible for admission.
• Candidates who have qualified  B.Sc./ B.Com./ B.A. with Mathematics at 10+2 level or at Graduation level will also be eligible to apply.
• Marks: Minimum of 50% aggregate marks (47.5% marks for SC/ST candidates of Haryana only) must be obtained in the qualifying examination.

GGOI 2025 Merit List

Authorities will release a merit list of eligible candidates based on the marks obtained by them in qualifying exam. GGOI Merit List 2025 will be checked by candidates through online mode from the website. Candidates those name have present in merit list, will be eligible for further admission procedure.

The merit list will contain name of candidates who will be eligible for seat allotment and admission. The authority will prepare separate merit lists of eligible candidates for admission to different courses.

GGOI 2025 Cut Off

Candidates seeking admission to GGOI 2025 will be required to achieve minimum qualifying cut off marks prescribed by authority. The GGOI Cut Off 2025 will be a set of qualifying marks to select eligible candidates for admission. Cut off will be made available through online mode on the website.

For determination of cut off marks, authority will consider various factors such as number of candidates applying for admission, number of candidates shortlisted in merit list, previous year cut off trends, seats available etc.

GGOI 2025 Counselling/ Admission

The counselling procedure of GGOI 2025 will be organised by Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES). GGOI Counselling 2025 will be started in fourth week of September 2025. Applicants will have to appear for counselling process in person.

The counselling process will include various steps like registration, seat allotment, document verification etc. The seats will be allotted to candidates based on marks obtained in qualifying examination or national/ state level exam. 

The seat allotted candidates will be able to download their admission letter on the website. Candidates will have to report at the allotted institute to complete other admission formalities such as document verification and fee payment.

List of documents required for counselling are:

• Admission letter
• 10th and 12th standard mark sheets
• Graduation/ Post-graduation mark sheets
• Income certificate
• Category certificate
• National/ State level exam score card (if any)
• Passport size photographs etc.
