CMC Vellore is an educational and research institute situated in Tamil Nadu. The Institute every year conducts its own university level entrance exam to provide admission into various programmes.
Candidates qualifying the entrance exam can take admission into AHS, Nursing and various other degree or diploma courses. Admission into MBBS programme is provided on the basis on NEET Scores. CMC Vellore 2024 Application Form – Released (MBBS)
CMC Vellore 2024 Application Form has been started for MBBS course through online mode. Check here for application details.
Authority has released CMC Vellore application form 2024 through online mode only. Candidates can fill their application form through the website of exam conducting authority. Students can register themselves from 8th February 2024. The last date to fill application form is till 21st March 2024.
Candidates can apply for maximum 7 courses in group A while maximum 5 courses in group B with two entrance tests. Students must fill complete details in the form carefully to avoid any mistakes.
How to Fill CMC Vellore 2024 Application Form
Candidates should make sure that they fulfil the eligibility criteria before filling the Application Form. Below we have discussed complete procedure of filling the CMC Vellore 2024 Application Form:

Step-1: Registration:
To fill the Application Form, the first step is to register on the online website of the University. For this candidates have enter their name, email-id, date of birth, qualification and other details asked during the registration process. Before submitting the details, candidates must cross check all the details. An application number/username will be sent to the candidate’s registered mail id.
Step-2: Fill the Application Form:
Log in again using username and password. Now fill the Application Form by entering all the mandatory details in the form. Enter your personal, academic, communication, qualification and other details in the form. Verify all the details and move to the next step.
Step-3: Uploading Images and Selecting the Exam Venue:
In this step, candidates are required to upload images of their scanned recent passport size photograph and signature. Candidates must make sure that they upload the images as per the mentioned specifications. Also candidates have to select their exam venue from the given list of places.
Candidates must upload the images as per the specifications mentioned below:

Step-4: Application Fee Payment:
Last step is to pay the Application Fee, through the payment gateway. The application fee for B.Sc. Nursing, MBBS, M.Sc., MPH and AHS Degree courses is Rs.500 and for Diploma in Nursing and AHS Fellowships and Diplomas will be Rs.100.
The fee can be paid by the students through offline or online mode. For online mode, the fee can be paid through debit/credit card or net banking. For offline mode, fee can be paid through Bank Challan.
Candidates paying through Bank challan have to send proof of payment and all other enclosures to the below address before the last date:

Step-5: Print the Application Form:
Take the print out of the Application Form for further use in admission process. Candidates need not to send the hard copy of the filled application form to the Registrar. Also candidates can sent an email stating the successful registration of the application form within a week of their final submission of form.
If in case candidates do not receive any mail regarding the successful registration, check with the Registrar Office by emailing to [email protected] quoting the application number.
CMC Vellore 2024 Application Form can be filled by the candidates through online mode only. Candidates can submit their application fee through offline (Bank Challan) as well as online (Debit/ Credit card/ Net Banking) mode.

You will need to send documents only if you are submitting it through offline mode. For online payment, there is no need to send any documents by post.
