NDA Exam Update: The Union Public Service has officially released the National Defence Academy (NDA) results 2025 for session 2 through online mode.
On 01st October 2025, the NDA 2 2025 result with roll number was announced, and on 10th October, the NDA name-wise result was announced.
All the candidates who have cleared the exam held on 14th September 2025, their roll numbers are mentioned in the result PDF. With the release of the results, all the aspirants are looking for the NDA 2025 cutoff. So if you are among them, note that the result is not out yet.
NDA 2 2025 Cutoff Date
UPSC, through the NDA result notification, has stated that “Candidates are also informed that marks, cut off marks and answer keys of National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination (II), 2025 will be uploaded on the Commission’s website i.e. upsc.gov.in only after the entire process of the National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination (II), 2025 is over i.e. after the declaration of final result and will remain available on the Commission’s website for a period of thirty (30) days. ”
All the aspirants can expect the NDA 2 2025 cutoff to be released in March or April 2026. Recently, the UPSC has also released the NDA 1 2025 cutoff. Candidates can check it to have an idea of the NDA 2 cutoff. To check the cutoff, no credentails will be required as it will be released in PDF format.
The factors affecting the UPSC NDA cutoff are the total number of test takers, the total number of vacancies, and the difficulty of the exam.
To qualify for NDA 2 2025, candidates have to clear separate cutoffs for the written exam and the SSB interview. The written exam is marked out of 900, and the SSB interview is also out of 900. For the final merit list, marks are calculated out of 1800 in total.
Along with this, candidates must score at least 25% in each subject to be considered. Based on the NDA cutoff, aspirants are recommended for admission to the Navy, Army, and Air Force wings of the National Defence Academy and the Naval Academy.
