JIPMER Nursing 2022 Provisional Merit List has been released on 30th January 2023 for B.Sc. Nursing courses. JIPMER Nursing is a national level entrance exam conducted by the Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research (JIPMER). Following are the complete dates for JIPMER Nursing 2022 admission Procedure:

JIPMER Nursing 2022 Result

The result has been released for every exam participated candidates through online mode. Candidates are able to download their result on or before 23rd July 2022 for M.Sc. nursing by login into the website of authority.

Authority will not send any result to any candidates individually through by post or any other offline mode. Candidates are advised to keep their result safe till the completion of admission procedure.

JIPMER Nursing 2022 Counselling

The counselling procedure is conducted by the examination conducting authority for every exam qualified candidate. Authority conducts the counselling procedure after few weeks from the declaration of result. Candidates are able to participate in the counselling procedure through online mode only.

JIPMER Nursing 2022 Counselling procedure is conducted in the various rounds based on the availability of seats after each round of counselling. The seats have been allotted to the candidates on the basis of rank in the merit list.

Counselling is conducted on 24th August 2022 through offline mode for M.Sc. nursing & post basic diploma nursing. Counselling has been started from 30th December 2022 for B.Sc. Nursing courses.

Merit list has been released on 30th January 2023 for B.Sc. nursing. Counselling for remaining seats will be held on 7th February 2023. 

Candidates have to report in the allotted centre with all required original document to confirm their admission. Candidates will have to bring following documents for the verification round at the time of reporting:

JIPMER Nursing 2022 Application Form

Following are the complete details with some key instructions for the JIPMER Nursing Application Form:

• The Application Form has been released through online mode.
• Candidates are able to fill the application form from the 24th May 2022 to 20th June 2022.
• Candidates shall confirm their eligibility before applying for the examination as application form will be released for the eligible candidates only.
• The details filled by the candidates in the application form must be same as it appears in their 10th mark sheet, any alteration in the application form could cause rejection of application form.
• Application form must be filled very carefully as no correction facility will be provided later.
• Candidates must submit their application form before the last date of submission as no candidates will be allowed to submit the application form after that date.
• Candidates are advised to keep the printout of filled application form and fee receipt for future references.

Application Fee:

Application form fee can be submitted through online mode only. Candidates can use Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking Payment gateways for transaction of fee.

JIPMER Nursing 2022 Eligibility

Following is the complete eligibility criteria for PG courses of JIPMER Nursing 2022:

For M.Sc. Nursing:

• Qualification: Candidates must be the B.Sc. Nursing Degree holder from any recognized institution.
• Registration: Applying candidates should have registered with the State Registration Council of Nursing and Mid-wifery.
• Experience: Applying candidates must have minimum of 1 year working experience in a hospital, College, School of Nursing or in Community Health Program on or before 31st July 2022.

JIPMER Nursing 2022 Exam Pattern

Following are the complete pattern for the JIPMER Nursing 2022 Examination:

• Mode of Exam: JIPMER Nursing exam is a Computer Based Test (CBT/ Online).
• Exam Time: Examination is conducted in between 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
• Type of Questions: Question paper consist of Multiple choice questions (MCQs) only.
• Time Duration: 90 Minutes will be allotted to the candidates for solving the question papers.
• Medium: The medium of question paper will be English.
• Total Questions: There will be total 100 questions in the question paper.
• Marking Scheme: 4 marks will be awarded for each correct response.
• Negative Marking: 1 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer and zero mark will be provided for unanswered questions.
