LPU NEST 2023 Slot booking has been started via online mode. Application Form is open via online mode. Exam Dates have been announced. It stands for Lovely Professional University National Eligibility and Scholarship Test. LPU NEST exam is conducted in different slots from January and April onwards. Admission will be also on the basis of CUET UG scores. It is university level entrance exam which is conducted for various courses including B.Tech, MBA etc. Candidates who want to get admission in Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes can enrol in the exam. No. of LPU graduated students are working at various MNC’s at high paying packages across the globe. In the year 2021-22, 431 LPU students are selected at packages of Rs.10 to Rs.62.72 Lakh.

• For the above mentioned Schedule, LPU is providing the following options to conduct the LPUNEST Exam. Students can opt for the best-suited option to appear for exam:
  • Test Centre-Based Exam
  • Online Remotely Proctored LPUNEST exam from home
• The remotely proctored exam will be monitored live through various Artificial Intelligence tools and by the invigilators. Click here to view General Guidelines for Remotely Proctored Online Exam from home.
• The declaration date of offline exam results may vary from the above schedule. Candidates will receive their test results directly within their portal.
• Subsequent Rounds after Round-I (as mentioned above) will be conducted, only if seats remain vacant.
• Seats falling vacant after the above mentioned rounds will be filled on first come first serve basis, subject to satisfying eligibility criteria as mentioned in Prospectus-2023.
• Applicants are strongly advised not to wait for the last dates as mentioned above and apply as well as book and appear for the exam at the earliest to avoid last month rush.

Here are the details about application form for LPU NEST 2023 entrance examination:

• LPU NEST 2023 application form for B.Tech for Phase I and Phase 2 has been released via online mode.
• Application form for LPU NEST 2023 is made available in both the modes online and offline.
• Candidates must check the eligibility criteria before filling the application form.
• Candidates need to fill all the details carefully as there won’t be any correction facility provided to candidates.
• The application form for MBA for Phase I can be filled till 3 days of before of the exam.
• Candidates must upload the scanned documents like photograph and signature to complete the application form.

LPU NEST 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Here candidates can check the eligibility criteria which they need to full fill before filling the application form:

For B.Tech Course:

• Nationality: The candidate must be an Indian citizen.
• Qualification: Candidates must pass class 12^th class or equivalent from CBSE, CISCE, or State Board or any other recognised board.
• Subjects: Candidate must have passed their qualifying exam with Physics, Mathematics, and English as mandatory subjects.
• Marks Criteria: Candidates must secure at least 60% aggregate marks to qualify for exam.
• Relaxation: 5% relaxation will be given to Northeast state and Sikkim candidates/ Defense Personnel/ Wards of Kashmiri Migrants.

For MBA Course:

• Qualification: Candidates must hold bachelor’s degree in any discipline from University Grants Commission (UGC) recognized university, college, etc.
• Marks: Candidate must secure at least 55% marks in aggregate to qualify the exam.
• Scores Card: Candidates having MAT, CMAT, CAT, NMAT, XAT score card will be eligible to get admission.
• Appearing: Those candidates who are appearing in final examination 2023 will also be eligible to apply for exam.

 LPU NEST 2023 Exam Pattern

For B. Tech:

• Mode of Exam: The exam will be conducted via online mode.
• Duration: The duration of the exam will be 2 hours and 30 minutes.
• Total questions: There will be total 125 questions in the question paper.
• Types of Questions: The paper will contain Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs).
• Medium: The medium of exam will be English language only.
• Marking Scheme: 4 marks will be given for every correct answer and there will be no negative marking for wrong answer.

For MBA:

• Mode of Exam: The exam will be conducted in online mode.
• Duration: The duration of the exam will be 150 minutes.
• Total questions: There will be total 80 questions in the paper.
• Types of Questions: The paper will contain Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs).
• Marking Scheme: 4 marks will be given for every correct answer and there will be no negative marking for wrong answer.

LPU NEST 2023 Syllabus

There is no particular syllabus for the LPU NEST 2023 entrance examination. It is recommended to all the applying candidates to prepare from the syllabus of classes 11^th and 12^th.

The syllabus for MBA will contain the topics like General Awareness, Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension, Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning, and Quantitative Aptitude.

The syllabus for B.Tech will contain topics such as Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology, Aptitude, and English.

LPU NEST 2023 Slot Booking

The LPU NEST slot booking procedure has been started by the authorities through online mode. The successfully registered candidates can book their slots for appearing the exam. After the slot booking, the admit card is generated for the candidates.

The Slot Booking for both courses has been started from August 2023. The slot booking is started through online mode only.

LPU NEST 2023 Admit Card

The LPU NEST admit card has been made available through online mode. After successful registration, the candidates require to book slot for appearing in the exam. Once the slot booking is done, the candidates can download the admit card to appear for the exam.

Admit card is the most important document to carry on the day of examination. Candidates without admit card can not be allowed to sit in the examination. Candidates need to take the printout of the admit card for future reference and on the day of the examination.

LPU NEST 2023 Result

The LPU NEST result for phase II will be declared with in 48 working hours via online mode. The result for all the courses will announce separately on the website of university.

To check the result, the candidates will be required to provide their registration details such as registration number, password, date of birth, etc. Candidates who clear the online test will be invited to attend the counselling round to provide choice for their course specialization.

LPU NEST 2023 Counselling

The LPU NEST counselling will be organised for those candidates who will get qualified for the examination. The shortlisted candidates will be called for the counselling process. All the process of counselling along with the seat allotment will take place through online mode.
