The cut off is the minimum marks required to score to become eligible for the counselling of the particular course. It is must for the candidates to reach the cut off marks. The candidates those does not able to score these marks cannot be considered for further admission procedure.
On the basis of cut off marks, the candidates are shortlisted in the merit list and called for the counselling. The factors which contribute in deciding the cut off marks are level of difficulty of exam, numbers of candidate appeared in the exam and availability of the seats. The cut off is released for each offered courses and it can be varied every year.
Lucknow University 2024 Result has been announced through online mode from the website. The result has been declared on 20th July 2024 for UG courses & on 7th August 2024 for PG courses.
Lucknow University 2024 Counselling for UG courses has been started from 25th July 2024 for UG courses. For PG courses, it is started from 9th August 2024 onwards.
Rank-Wise Cut Off
The university has released the cut off for various UG and PG courses in the form of rank. The university publish separate cut off ranks for UG and PG courses. The university mention the category-wise rank upto which candidate are considered as qualified.
The ranks is decided as per the category rank. The cut off is different for different courses. It is necessary for the candidate to score the cut off rank.

Lucknow University 2024 Merit List
The merit list is released few days after the declaration of result. A copy of the merit list is displayed at the university website. Candidates must check their rank on the merit list which can be prepared on the basis of performance of the candidates.
The merit list can not be published in the any local or national newspaper. Candidates those names appear in the merit list are called for the counselling procedure for admission into the university.
Lucknow University 2024 Result
Lucknow University has been declared the result on 20th July 2024 (For UG) & on 7th August 2024 (For PG). Candidates can get their result through online mode only. The result is displayed on the university website.
After a few days of publication of result, candidates are called for the GD and PI rounds followed by counselling process. Candidates must secure their result till the counselling will over.
