MCBU 2024 Application Form will be made available from March/ April 2024. Maharaja Chhatrasal Bundelkhand University (MCBU) is a largest university located at Madhya Pradesh, India. It is a government university which offers admission to various UG, PG, Diploma or Doctoral level courses. Admission will be offered into various courses through national/ state level entrance exam or merit of qualifying exam. Eligible candidates will get admission in MCBU and its affiliated colleges/ institutes. In this section, candidates are able to get detailed information about MCBU Application Form 2024:

• Registration form will be released through online mode. No offline facility will be provided to submit the form.
• Candidates will be able to apply from the month of March/ April 2024.
• Aspirants must check and full fill all the eligibility norms before filling the application form.
• Fill application form with correct details including qualifications, address, communicational etc.
• Scanned photograph & signature should be uploaded in a specific format as prescribed by the authority.
• Registration window will be opened till July/ August 2024. Candidates are advised to submit the form before the last date.

• MCBU 2024 application form will be Rs. 100/-.
• Fee will be paid through online/ offline payment gateways as prescribed by the authority.
• Registration fee will be non-refundable.

MCBU 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Aspirants are advised to check and satisfy all the eligibility norms before applying for the MCBU:

For BA:

• Qualifications: One must pass Intermediate or its equivalent exam from any recognised board/ school.
• Marks: Candidates must have obtained 50% marks in their qualifying exam.

For B.Ed:

• Qualifications: Aspirants those have passed qualified 10+2 level or equivalent exam, will be eligible to apply.
• Marks: In the qualifying exam, candidates must secure 50% marks.

For B.Sc.:

• Qualifications: One must pass class 12th examination from any recognised state or central board.
• Marks & Subjects: Candidates having subjects i.e. physics, chemistry, mathematics or biology with 50% mark in their 12th level will be eligible.

For MBA:

• Qualifications: Graduate candidates in any of the field can apply.
• Marks: Minimum 50% aggregate of marks will be needed to secure in bachelor’s degree.
• Scores: Candidate who have a valid score card of CMAT/ XAT/ MAT will be eligible to apply.

MCBU 2024 Admission Procedure

Eligible candidates will need to register for the MCBU 2024 admission in order to be eligible for admission. Based on the marks of their qualifying exam or other national level exam scores, university will prepare a common merit list. Merit list will contain the name of shortlisted candidates those have selected for further rounds.

Candidates those name have appeared in the merit list, will be called to participate in the counselling or other admission rounds organised by the authority. Based on the final counselling rounds & document verification, seats will be offered to the eligible candidates.

MCBU 2024 Merit List

Merit list for MCBU 2024 will be released through online mode. It will be made available on the website after few days the registration. MCBU Merit list will contain qualifying status of candidates. It will have names of the candidates those have been shortlisted for counselling rounds.

Candidates those names have appeared in the merit list will be called for counselling/ interview rounds. Merit list will be released by the authority as per the category of candidates. Merit list will be prepared based on various factors i.e. number of application submitted, category, reservation and last qualifying scores of candidates.

MCBU 2024 Counselling

MCBU Counselling 2024 will be commenced from the month of August/ September 2024. It will be organised for the eligible candidates in various steps. Counselling procedure will take place after releasing of the final merit list. It will be done in various steps i.e. registration, allotment, document verification & reporting.

Seats will be allocated to the candidates based on the rank obtained by them in merit list. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete document verification and further admission procedure. It will be necessary for the aspirants to participate physically at the university campus. Candidate who have alloted seats will need to download their admission letter from the website using login details.
