NEET PG 2024 Exam Pattern has been revised. The pattern is set by the exam conducting authority. NEET PG 2024 Exam Pattern – Revised
NEET PG 2024 Exam Pattern has been revised. NBE has introduced mandatory time bound sections in the MCQ based exam. Click here for revised pattern (PDF).
National Board of Examination (NBE) releases the exam pattern along with notification for NEET PG 2024. Candidates preparing for NEET PG 2024 are advised to go through its exam pattern.
Through exam pattern candidates are able to understand the syllabus, marking scheme, nature of questions and number of questions etc. of NEET PG 2024.
- Exam mode: NEET PG 2024 is conducted through online mode (CBT).
- Exam Date: NEET PG 2024 is scheduled on 23rd June 2024.
- Section: Five Time Bound Sections (A, B, C, D & E) have been introduced by NBE.
- Type of Questions: Exam paper have multiple choice questions (MCQ’s) with four options & single correct answer.
- Number of Questions: There will be 40 questions in each of five sections. Total number of questions will be 200.
- Time: Total time duration is 3.5 hours.
- Language: Medium of question paper is English.
- Marking: For each correct response, 4 marks will be awarded. For each incorrect response, 1 mark will be deducted.
- For attempted questions no marks will be deducted.

NEET PG 2024 Cut Off
Cut off is the minimum marks required to be eligible for admission procedure. The national board of examination (NBE) releases the cutoff percentile and cutoff score of NEET PG.
If NEET PG cutoff is needed to be revised it will be only done on the basis of instruction issued by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. Following below is the expected cutoff list of NEET PG 2024.

- MD/ MS/ PG Diploma courses at Armed Forces Medical Services Institutions.
