PTU 2021 Registration can be done till 26th August 2021. It invites for various UG & PG level courses. Panjab Technical University (PTU) organizes centralize counselling procedure for offering admission. Candidates seeking admission into B.Tech course will be offered admission on the basis of JEE Main scores. For admission into B.Arch., admission will be provided on the basis of NATA scores. PTU 2022 Application Form will be released from last week of June 2022.

Candidates must go through following details regarding PTU 2021 Application Form:

• PTU 2021 Application Form has been made available via online mode.
• Candidates are able to fill the application form for PTU 2021 from 24th August 2021.
• The last date to submit the application form till 26th August 2021.
• Candidates must remember to enter all asked & required details as incomplete application form will lead to rejection.
• While filling application form, candidates must not forget to provide mail ID & phone number.
• It will be mandatory to upload scanned images of passport size photograph & signature in prescribed format.
• There is no need to send any filled in application form to exam conducting authority.
• Once all details will be completely filled, proceed to take printout of application form for future use.

Application Fee:

• Candidates are able to submit PTU 2021 application fee through online mode.
• Online mode of payment includes credit card, debit card or net banking.
• In any case, the application fee will be non-refundable.
• The application fee for general category applicants is Rs.500/-.
• Reserved category applicants have to submit Rs. 250/– as application fee.
• Counselling fee for one course is Rs. 2000/-.
• In any case, the application fee is non-refundable.

PTU 2021 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must ensure to follow below Eligibility norms before applying for PTU 2021:

For UG Programmes:

B.Tech Course:

• Qualification: Candidates must qualify 12^th or equivalent exam from any recognized board or university to be eligible.
• Mandatory Subjects: Applying candidates must have Physics & Mathematics as their mandatory subject along with any one from Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Biology/ Biotechnology.
• Score Card: It will be mandatory for candidates to have valid score card of JEE Main.

B.Arch Course:

• Qualification: Applying candidates must qualify 10+2 or 10+3-year diploma from any recognized university or board.
• Mandatory Subject: Candidate must have Mathematics as their mandatory subject in qualifying marks.
• Percentage: He/ she must score minimum 50% marks in qualifying exam to be eligible.
• Score Card: It will be mandatory for candidates to have valid score card of NATA scores.

For PG Programmes:

MBA Course:

• Qualification: Candidates must qualify 3-year Bachelor’s degree from any recognized board/ university.
• Score Card: Applying candidate must have valid CMAT score card.

M.Tech Course:

• Qualification: Candidates must qualify B.Tech./ B.E degree from any recognized board or university to be eligible.
• Percentage: Applying candidates must score at least 50% marks (45% for reserved category) to be eligible for examination.
• Score Card: Applying candidate must have valid GATE score card.

Candidates must follow following step by step procedure while applying for PTU 2021:

• Go to the official site (Link is given above).
• Click on “Register” button for direct link to fill the form.
• Enter all necessary & asked basic details.
• Provide valid or working mail id & mobile number.
• Application number will be sent to candidates registered ID & number.
• After login, fill other address, qualification etc. details & complete the procedure.
• Now proceed to upload passport size photograph & signature in prescribed format.
• Re-check & verify the details to avoid rejection of form.
• After verification, submit registration fee.
• Now a confirmation page will appear on your screen.
