UNI GAUGE 2025 Exam will be conducted in the second week of May 2025. It is a state level entrance exam conducted by Educational Rating and Assessment (ERA) Foundation. UNI GAUGE 2025 Application Form

The following are the general instructions to fill the UNI GAUGE 2025 application form:

• The registration of UNI GAUGE 2025 will be commenced in the first week of February 2025.
• Candidates will be able to fill the UNI GAUGE 2025 application form through online mode.
• Before filling the application form, students must fulfill the eligibility criteria first.
• Students will be required to provide their personal, academic, contact details etc.
• Upload the scanned images of photograph and signature as per the specific size and format.
• The authority will also provide the correction facility to rectify mistakes in application form.
• Candidates will be able to fill application form till third week of April 2025.
• Applicants must take a printout of the application form for future reference only.

Application Fee:

• Candidates will need to pay Rs. 1600/- as their registration fee.
• The fee will be submitted through online mode only.
• The method of payment to submit the fee will be credit card/ debit card/ net banking. 
• The application fee will be non- refundable in nature.

How to Apply for UNI GAUGE 2025

Follow the given process to complete your UNI GAUGE 2025 application form:

• Step 1: Visit the UNI GAUGE website (link will be available above).
• Step 2: Fill in candidates details in registration form.
• Step 3: Generate and validate OTP received through registered mobile number and email ID.
• Step 4: Through OTP, proceed to fill other details in the form.
• Step 5: Login again using User ID and Password and click on ‘Go to Application’.
• Step 6: Select the exam name that you are applying for.
• Step 7: Enter the required details such as personal, category, academic, examination city etc and upload the required documents within prescribed size and format.
• Step 8: Select the payment details and preview the application form.
• Step 9: Click on ‘Submit’ button and complete payment.
• Step 10: Take a printout of the UNI GAUGE application form & keep it safe till future use.

UNI GAUGE 2025 Application Correction

Candidates will be able to edit mistakes in the UNI GAUGE 2025 application form via online mode. Students will be able to modify incorrect details in the application form. Editing options in unique areas like candidate name, email id, mobile number etc will not be allowed. 

Students will be able to change uploaded photos and signatures, category details and academic details. Before changing the data candidates are advised to verify the application form carefully. Once changes are submitted, no further opportunity will be entertained by the authority. 

UNI GAUGE 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must go through the following eligibility criteria of UNI GAUGE 2025:

• Qualification: Applying candidates must qualify class 10+2 Higher Secondary or equivalent from any recognized board.
• Marks: The general category applicants will be required to obtain a minimum aggregate of 45% marks (40% for SC, ST and OBC candidates). 
• Subjects: Candidates should have Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English as mandatory subjects in class 12th.
• Appearing: Applicants appearing for prescribed qualifying examination will also be eligible for exam.

UNI GAUGE 2025 Exam Pattern

Candidates must go through the following exam pattern for UNI GAUGE 2025:

• Mode of Exam: Test will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode.
• Type of Question: The Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) will be asked.
• Medium of Exam: Exam will be conducted in English medium only.
• Total Question: There will be total of 180 questions in exam.
• Total Marks: The total marks would be 180.
• Duration: Total three hours will be provided to candidates to solve paper.
• Marking Scheme: One mark will be provided for each correct answer.
• Negative Marking: There will be no negative marking for an incorrect answer.

UNI GAUGE 2025 Admit Card

The admit card of UNI GAUGE 2025 will be released in the first week of May 2025. The authority will provide it through online mode. Students will be able to download their admit card by using their login credentials. 

The hall ticket will consist of the candidates details i.e. name, category, photograph, signature, exam venue, important instructions etc. Candidates will have to carry admit card along with one ID card at examination centre.

UNI GAUGE 2025 Answer Key

The UNI GAUGE 2025 answer key will be made available in the third week of May 2025. Authority will first publish provisional answer key. Candidates will be given opportunity to make challenges against provisional answer key.

Candidates will be required to submit objection fee per question. Once objection period gets over, final answer key will be uploaded. Students must know that result will be prepared on the basis of final answer key only.

UNI GAUGE 2025 Result

The UNI GAUGE Result 2025 will be announced in the fourth week of May 2025. Students will be able to get their result through online mode. To download result, candidates will need to use their login credentials such as application number and date of birth. 

Result will contain all details such as candidate’s name, roll number, marks scored in each subject & qualifying status. The authority will not provide results to the candidates individually via post or any other offline mode. Candidates are advised to keep their result safe and must take a hardcopy of it for further use. 

UNI GAUGE 2025 Cut Off

The UNI GAUGE Cut Off 2025 will be published after few days of declaration of result. Students will be able to view their cut off marks through online mode. Cut off marks are minimum mark which is required to qualify the exam.

The authority will not provide any cut off list to the applicants individually, they will have to view it from the website. Admission will be given to candidates on the basis of the cut off marks. 

UNI GAUGE 2025 Counselling

There will be no centralized counselling for UNI GAUGE 2025. To participate in counselling, candidates will need to apply separately with their scorecard to individual member universities of the authority. 

It will be organized separately by individual universities in the month of June 2025. Each participating institute will prepare the merit list separately . Students will be invited for counselling on the basis of the merit list.
