Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani popularly known as BITS Pilani. The college was established in the year 1929 and was transformed from a regional engineering college to the deemed university in the year 1964. The college is one of the renowned institution in the country for engineering, management, Pharmacy and technical education. The university has its three campuses located in Dubai, Goa and Hyderabad. The main campus of the university is located in Pilani.

BITS Pilani is located in a small town named Pilani in the Rajasthan state. The college campus is spread in an area of 990 acres. The college campus comprises of all major facilities for carrying the education of the students in an advance manner, with their overall development. The college is located at a distance 220 km from national capital Delhi.
