BP Poddar Institute of Management & Technology (BPPIMT) Kolkata
BP Poddar Institute of Management & Technology (BPPIMT) has been approved by the AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education), New Delhi. BPPIMT was affiliated to West Bengal University of Technology (WBUT). The institute was established in the year of 1999. The Institute was associated as a compliment to the remembrance of the Late Badri Prasad Poddar, philanthropist and educationist and the organizer of the B. P. Poddar Group.
Campus
The BP Poddar Institute of Management & Technology is situated close to Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport in a 2 km of distance and was built as an acknowledgment to the memory of Shri B.P. Poddar (the founder of the Poddar Group).

BP Poddar Institute of Management & Technology offers such types of facilities to their students like central library (with large collection of books (39,300) approx), computer facility, games & sports facility, common rooms (for boys and girls separately), boys & girls hostel and cafeteria facility.
