Dev Bhumy Institute of Engineering and Technology, Una

Dev Bhumy Group of Institutes, Una is a private aided engineering college located in Una district of Himachal Pradesh. The college was established in the year 2010 with the aim of empowering the youth of India with the technological knowledge and equip them for employment, thus contributing to the technological development of the nation. The DBGI is affiliated to Himachal Pradesh University (HPU) and approved by AICTE New Delhi.

Campus:

The college is located at village Chandpur in the district Una of Himachal Pradesh. The college campus is spread in an area of 25 acres, having pollution free, lush green surroundings. The college is situated on Tahiwal- Haroli road away from the urban clutter.

Programmes:

The college is offering five courses in the graduate engineering discipline;the duration of the above courses is four years. The other courses offered by the college are BBA and BCA. Facilities:

The college has fully Wi-Fi enabled campus, well equipped labs and workshops, spacious and ventilated classrooms with LCD and other multimedia facilities, computer centre with internet facility and latest configures systems. The DBGI has a well stocked library having a good collection of books and journals of national and international publications. The other facilities provided by the college include canteen and mess facility, separate hostel facilities for boys and girls, transportation and medical facility.

Activities:

The extracurricular activities are organized by the college throughout the year. Some of these activities include Cultural and Social Events, Sports Meet, Tech Fest, Seminar and Workshops, Dance Competition etc.
