Faculty of Management Studies, Banaras Hindu University, is the business school of Banaras Hindu University. It was established in the year 1968. It is a public university and is approved by University Grants Commission (UGC).
Campus
The campus is located in Varanasi and is spread across 60 acres of land. The campus is easily accessible by any modes of transportation by road, rail or air.
Facilities
The university provides all the necessary facilities to the students such as classrooms with modern teaching and training aids like overhead projector, LCD projector, library which has a collection of books, periodicals, journals and online databases, well facilitated computer centre, , conference room, auditorium, wi-fi campus, seminar hall and various other recreational facilities like cafeteria, sports facility etc.
Programmes
The university offers course in Master of Business Administration (MBA). The university also offers MBA in International Business (IB).The duration of the course is two years which is divided in four semesters. The students are required to do the summer internship projects after completing their first year. It offers MBA in various specializations. The specializations of MBA course is given below:

Placement
The university has a training and placement cell which provides placement assistance to the students as well as provides summer internships to the students. The placement cell also organizes seminars, guest lectures and workshops for the students. The following recruiters have come for the campus placement Reliance Energy, Bajaj Allianz, Coal India Ltd, Pantaloons, HCL, Infosys, Unicon Solutions and Shoppers Shop etc.
