Feroze Gandhi Institute of Engineering and Technology, Raibareli

Feroze Gandhi Institute of Engineering and Technology is a private and self financed institution locates in Raibareli. The college was founded in the year 2004 and inaugurated by Smt. Sonia Gandhi on 15th September 2014. This day is celebrated annually as the Engineering Day. The college is approved by the AICTE and affiliated to Gautam Buddh Technical University, Lucknow.

Campus

The building of the campus is located on 22.5 acres of land on Lucknow Road near Ratanpur Chowk in Raibareli. The campus provides the ambient infrastructure. The campus is well-connected by the college and local transportation.

For providing the best academic and professional technology, the campus offers various facilities to the students. The major facilities of the college are rich library, equipped laboratories, seminar hall, separate hostel for girls and boys, drawing hall, language lab, canteen and transportation.

Programmes

Feroze Gandhi Institute of Engineering and Technology offers the B.Tech (8 semesters) degree programmes in four engineering streams. The institution is the only among GBTU affiliated colleges which provides the aeronautical engineering. Besides this the college also offers the MCA degree programme with duration of six semesters. The admission to this college and all courses are done on the basis of UPTU/UPSEE entrance examination. The main disciplines of the engineering are as the following:
