Government Engineering College, Ajmer

Government Engineering College, Ajmer is an autonomous engineering college of government of Rajasthan. The college was established in the year 1997 by the government of Rajasthan with the objective of providing quality technical education and to encourage the students to take engineering as their higher education. Since the last 17 years the college has become one of the highly renowned institution for engineering education in the region. The College is affiliated to the Rajasthan University and is approved by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.

Government Engineering College, Ajmer is located at Barliya region of Ajmer district the surroundings of college are very much pleasant, calmly and full of green environment. The college is well accessible by all means of transport available throughout the day.

The college is well equipped with laboratories, spacious and well furnished classrooms, computer centre with internet connection, library with more than 22000 books of national and international collection, 35 national journals, and 250 online and 2 printed international journals. The college also provides sports, hostel and mess facility for the students.
