Government Engineering College, Bilaspur was established in the year 1964 as a technical institution for imparting the engineering education. The college affiliated to the Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekananda Technical University and government of Chhattisgarh and approved by the AICTE. The college is fully government aided and co-ed institution.
