Modi Institute of Management and Technology, Kota

Modi Institute of Management and Technology (MIMT) was established in the year of 2001. The Institution is approved by the AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education). It is a Public University. MIMT was established by SRD Modi Vidya Niketan Society.

Campus

The Institution campus is located in Modi Educational Complex, Dadabari, Kota. MIMT has one of the best infrastructural set-ups with the WI-FI connectivity. The Institution is spread over 10 acres of land in the centre of the city. It is placed around 6 kms from the central bus terminal and 10 kms away from Kota Railway Station.

Facilities

The MIMT offers the facilities like as Canteen facility, girls common room, indoor games hall, vehicle parking stand, badminton and tennis court yards and etc. The institution has a four computer labs and one computer centre along with a computer workshop that is fully equipped with modern equipment. There is a full-fledged stadium that is available to organize tournaments of large size participation and for various sports. There is also a library that is enriched with a collection of 23816 volumes of reference and text books, national and international journals, magazines, project reports and CD-ROMs databases.

Programmes

The Modi Institute of Management and Technology has been operating full time Mater of Business administration (MBA) program. The Duration of MBA is two years which comprise of two semesters.

Placement

The Placement cell facilitates the procedure of placement of the students besides collaborating with leading industries. The T & P cell conducts personal interviews, group discussion, Guest Lectures, pre-placement talks and Workshops for developing the skill and personality of the students. The major recruiters are HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, IndusInd Bank, Birla Sunlife Insurance, H.D.F.C. Ltd, IBM GLOBAL SERVICES INDIA PVT. LTD and many more.
