National Institute of Technology (NITM), Meghalaya
The National Institute of Technology (NITM) was formed in the year of 2010 under the NIT Act 2007. It is approved by the Ministry of Human Resource Development. The institute always strives to give the best environment for education and research.
Campus
The campus of NITM is spread about 300 acres of land. It has a modern state-of-the-art campus to accommodate all its requirements with the pleasant surroundings.
Facilities
The Institute has a central library that has a rich gathering of around 10,000 content and reference books. It also organizes the annual cultural fest. There is a separate hostel for girls and boys. It has a facility of the health center, indoor stadium, auditorium and power sub-station.
