The RVS College of Engineering and Technology was established in the year of 2009 and managed by the Rathinavel Subramaniam Educational Trust (RVSET). This college is affiliated with Pondicherry University and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi. This college is also called as RVSCET and located in Karaikkal.

The campus of this college is located in Kallikuppam, Karaikkal district of Pondicherry. The campus comprises of academic block, students block, etc. the campus is well-equipped with all the modern facilities.
