SIT is situated in Siliguri, Darjeeling. It is the capital of North Bengal and the entrance to the forests of the Dooars. SIT is located right on NH55 which connects the “queen of the hills” Darjeeling to the rest of the state and the DHR (Darjeeling Himalayan Railway) Toy Train, a UNESCO earth legacy.
