Vasavi College of Engineering, Hyderabad

Vasavi College of Engineering (VCE) was established in the year 1981 as a private and self-financing institution, set up by the Vasavi Academy of Education (Society). The VCE is affiliated to the Osmania University and approved by the AICTE and Ministry of HRD.

Campus:

The VCE is situated in the Ibrahimnagar in district Hyderabad near Golconda Fort. The campus is spread over in 13.6 acres of land. The campus is well-connected by the road and rail. The campus has awarded as a Centre of Excellence in engineering education.

Programmes:

Students, Faculty & Staff:

At present, the VCE campus offers 756 seats for annual admission in all programmes and has 185 faculty members and 148 non-teaching staff from all departments.

Facilities:

The campus provides the co-education facility, transportation facility, separate hostel for boys & girls, library with huge number of books, health care facility, ATM, sports facility with physical education, canteen, laboratories & workshop, computer centre, language lab and seminar hall.

Activities:

The campus organizes national symposium, cultural festival (Euphoria), an annual art exhibition (Kriti), traditional day and entrepreneurship development programme (Swayam). The campus also organizes the sports activities, workshops and social activities.

Placement:
