Women’s Polytechnic, Mizoram
Women’s Polytechnic, Aizawl was established in 7th November, 1998 and located in the Aizawl capital of Mizoram state. The college is known for delivering the high-class technical education to the students. The college has the approval with All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliation with the Directorate of Higher and Technical Education Mizoram.
Campus
The campus of the Women’s Polytechnic, Aizawl covers the area of 11.5 bighas in a silent and a compatible atmosphere best for technical studies. The permanent campus of the institute is situated at Durtlang, which is 5 kms away from the capital city Aizawl.
Facilities
The college furnishes the campus will all the minor and major facilities such as the canteen of the college is fully equipped with modern furniture’s where fresh and nutritious foods are served to the students. The Library has the collection of a large number of books, including journals, magazines, newspapers, CDs etc., attached reading hall is also provided. 24 hours internet facility in the computer lab and other labs are also furnished with all the equipments.

The training and placement cell of the college is very active. The college invites several companies in the college to recruit the students. The companies visited in the campus are: Anand Automotive Pvt. Ltd, Sujan Luxury Hotel, Taj Group of Hotels and many more.
