Department of Technical Education, Rajasthan organises the admission process of REAP 2025. This is an engineering admission process through which the eligible candidates will be offered admission in B.Tech, B.Arch. and B.E Programmes. No entrance test is organised for admission by the authority.

Candidate on the basis of marks of their 12^th level and Score of JEE Main will be provided admission in various affiliated institutions situated in Rajasthan. In this article we have provided complete details regarding REAP Counselling 2025.

The counselling process of REAP 2025 will be organised by the board after the selection of the candidates in the merit list. The counselling process will be organized in various segments. The complete schedule and procedure of counselling will be released on the website.

Final merit list will be released in July 2025. The authority will conduct centralised counselling for direct admission of the candidates in various programmes. During the counselling process, the certificate verification and seat allotment process will be conducted.

The authority will also publish the cut off marks for offering admission in the various courses. The candidates those will qualify the cut off marks will be eligible for the admission.

REAP 2025 Counselling Process

The centralised counselling process of REAP 2025 is organised in various rounds for direct admission. Complete counselling process is described below:

Choice Filling and Locking:

For the counselling process, candidates with the starting of the application procedure required to fill the choices. Students have to make choices by filling the streams and institutions in which they want admission.

Seat allotment (1st round) will be released for various courses. An online option form must be filled and submitted by the candidates. After making the choices candidates have to lock the choices.

Seat Allotment:

In the order of merit and as per the choices locked by the candidates, seats have been allocated. Seat Allotment process will be done on the basis of merit obtained, choices locked and availability of seats. Candidates will have to download the allotment letter online through the website and report at respective institution.

Reporting and Verification of Documents:

After the seat allotment process successfully done, candidates will need to report individually at the allotted centres. Candidates must report as per the date and time allotted to the candidates.

At the reporting institution, candidates will have to carry their required documents for the document verification process.

REAP 2025 Counselling process consist of choice filling, seat allotment and document verification of the candidates. After the first round of counselling, special round will be organized for the admission of special priority candidates.
