Eligibility Criteria
Check UG, PG eligibility criteria details for admission in CU:
For B.Tech (Computer Science Engineering):
- Applying candidate should have passed 10+2 level from a recognised board or university with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subject along with subjects such as Chemistry/ CS/ Biotechnology/ Informatics Practice/ Biology/ IT in qualifying level.
- He/she should have secured atleast of 60% marks in aggregate in 10+2 level.
For MBA:
- Students should have Bachelors degree in any discipline from a recognised board or university. Professional programmes graduates such as CA/ ICWA, etc. are also eligible.
- Atleast of 50% marks in aggregate should have been secured by graduates.
Note: CUCET is mandatory exam with an exception for the ones who have secured more than 90% marks in qualifying exam or upto 50000 rank in JEE.
CUCET Exam Pattern 2027

- Duration: 120 minutes are given to complete the paper.
- Questions: 100 Multiple choice questions are asked.
- Marking: 1 mark are given for each question. No negative marking is given.

Students successfully registered for CUCET will get test details and admit card issued on their email id. Candidates have to login with their details to know about exam and admit slip.

CUCET Result 2027
Chandigarh University CUCET Result 2027 is announced 24 hours after appearing in the entrance exam. For phase 1 admissions, it will be announced in July 2027.
Students have to login with their details to view CUCET result. Only the candidates who have successfully qualified CUCET are considered eligible for counselling process.
Chandigarh University CUCET Counselling 2027
For CUCET counselling process, qualified candidates have to login to the portal and register for counselling online.
Also, students have to verify documents and submit SOP. Seats have to be booked and pay confirmation fee to reserve seat.
