For the session 2027, NTA will conduct the NEET UG 2027 exam via CBT mode (As per new changes announced). It will be organized at national level for medical aspirants.

NEET 2027 Registration
Before filling the application form, candidates must check below given instructions carefully:
- NTA will provide only online facility to fill the NEET UG 2027 Registration form.
- In the second week of February 2027, the application form will be released.
- The entire process comprises of online registration, documents uploading, fee payment and generation of confirmation page.
- To avoid uploading of additional documents, candidates are suggested to use the Aadhaar Card for identification.
- Candidates must use their active mobile number and email ID and candidates will receive OTPs for verification.
- Be extremly carefull at the time of filling details in the application form, as not all details will be editable at the time of correction window.
- Candidates will have to upload photograph, signature, thumb & fingre impressions & all other documents as per the specification.
- NEET 2027 application form will be submitted till second week of March 2027.
- Candidates does not required to send the confirmation page or any other document to NTA.
NEET Examination Fee:
- Only online payment gateways are accepted for fee payment.
- UPI, net banking, debit card, credit card etc can be used for fee payment.
- Processing charges & GST will also be aplicable.
- The confirmation page will be generated only after the successfull fee payment. If fee paid but the confirmation page is not generated, contact to the concerned bank for fee refund.

NEET 2027 Application Correction
Firstly, candidates should fill their application form with patience and carefully as no mistakes will be done. In case, any mistake or editing required in the application, NTA will provide the correction facility. NEET application correction window will open in second week of March 2027.
Corrections will be done through online mode only. After the application submission window, NTA will activate the link to make correction. Only few details will be editable so candidates are suggested to fill the application carefully.
NEET 2027 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must check their eligibility before filling the application:
- Age Limit: Candidate’s age should be minimum 17 years as on or before 31st December of the year of admission. There is no upper age limit.
- Nationality: Indian National, NRI, OCI & Foreign National are eligible to apply.
- Qualification: 12th or equivalent exam passed or appearing are eligible to apply.
- Subjects: PCB (Physics, Chemistry & Biology) subjects are mandatory in the qualifying exam.
- Percentage: Candidates should have secured 50% marks for general candidates and 40% marks for reserved category.

How to Apply for NEET UG 2027
Step by step process to fill the NEET UG application form is provided below:
- Visit NEET 2027 official website (Link will be provided above).
- Go through the candidate’s activity section and click on the “Registration for NEET (UG)- 2027” option.
- Click on the “New Registration” button.
- Read the instructions carefully and proceed to fill the application.
- OTP verification is mandatory, so provide active mobile number and Email ID for validation.
- After verification, fill all the required details in the application form like personal, qualification, communication & others.
- Now capture the Live Photograph and also upload the required images as per the specifications.
- Verify your filled details carefully and if any editing required you can do it before the final submission.
- Pay the application fee through online payment gateways.
- After successfull fee payment, confirmation page will be generated.
- Take printout of the confirmate page for further use at the exam centre or at the time of admission.
