CUET Update: NTA extended CUET 2025 reappear for the accountancy paper deadline.

The NTA today has released a notice regarding the extension of the consent deadline for the CUET UG 2025 Accountancy Re-test.

In continuation with the notice released on 22nd May 2025. The CUET accountancy paper exam pattern has been revised.

And the new rules will be applied from the exam to be held from 22nd May onwards. Previously, on 19th May, NTA released a notice regarding the retest for the CUET UG 2025 Accountancy paper conducted from 13th–16th May 2025.

Candidates who have already taken the CUET accountancy examination have the option to retain their examination or reappear in the revised question paper pattern.

The link to apply for CUET UG 2025 Accountancy Re-Test is activated at cuet.nta.nic.in. Candidates can apply from 21st May to 24th May 2025 till 01:00 PM. The only mode to apply is online.

How To Apply For CUET 2025 Accountancy Re-Test

Follow the steps given below to submit your consent for CUET UG accountancy re-test:

  • Go to the NTA CUET 2025 website.
  • On the homepage, look for “news & event” section.
  • Under that, click on “Regarding Re-test for CUET(UG)-2025 Accountancy Paper conducted during 13th–16th May 2025-reg.” link.
  • A notice pdf will appear on the screen.
  • Go to point 3 & click on the given link.
  • You will be redirected to CUET candidate login portal.
  • Enter your application number and password.
  • Click on the “login” option.
  • Fill in the form from the re-exam.
  • Review it and click on the save and submit option.

Candidates should note that only candidates who have already taken the accountancy exam are eligible to apply for a retest. Once a candidate appears for the retest, the final score of he/she may be considered based on the retest exam only. Marks from the first attempt will be disregarded.

If a candidate confirms to take the retest and then doesn’t appear for the examination, he/she will be marked absent, and no score will be considered for the Accountancy paper.

Complete details regarding the CUET UG 2025 Accountancy Re-Test, schedule and admit card details will be released shortly by the authority. Till then, candidates are advised to boost their performance.

The CUET UG 2025 session examination is ongoing. NTA is conducting the exam between 13th May 2025 and 3rd June 2025 in various examination center in India and outside.

  1. is it compulsory to fill the consent form for re test of accounts cuet ug 2025 with the same gmail id from which id registered or we can fill with different gmail id as well

    1. Yes, you are required to use the Gmail ID that you have used previously. You cannot use diffrent gmail ID or phone number to submit the consent form for the CUET retest.

    1. You should first check your CUET 2025 application status by logging in. If there is no confirmation page or update, then reach the NTA helpdesk. Explain your problem.

  2. Please tell me after submit button review button is open so my re apper exam for accounts is held or not

    1. Usually review button appears after the submit button is clicked. Which means the form was submitted. However, the final confirmation will be given by NTA.

    1. You should log in to CUET 2025 dashboard. Check status under the ‘Re-Test’ or ‘Consent’ section. You might also get a confirmation email or SMS.
