CUET 2025 Registration

  • CUET 2025 Registration will start for UG in first/ second week of February 2025.
  • To fill online application form, students must first register with their necessary information like name, mobile number, email, etc.
  • Applicants will not be accepted through any mode other than online mode.
  • Application process will have certain steps – online registration, filling of application, uploading of images, payment of application fee & downloading & confirmation of Page/ Application.
  • Students must fill the form carefully as it may lead to rejection later.
  • Details provided during registration must be carefully checked if they are correct or not.
  • The authority will also provide CUET Application Correction facility to make any modification in the application form.
  • After form submission, no need to send any document or form to the authority.
  • Last date to submit form will be till 2nd-3rd week of March 2025. After last date no applications will be accepted with or without late fee.
  • Only one application form must be submitted with one mobile number and email address.

CUET Registration Fee:

How to Register for CUET 2025

  • Register by providing details for creating login details – Application number and Password
  • Login and fill personal, qualification, exam city selection, etc.
  • Now upload scanned images – Photograph, signature, and category certificate.
  • Now pay application fee using the provided payment methods.
  • Check all the filled details and then submit the form.
  • Download and print the application form for any references in future.

CUET 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Know about CUET Eligibility Criteria 2025 in below provided section:

  • Age Limit: No age limit is prescribed for appearing candidates.
  • Qualification: Candidates passed/ appearing in their 12th/ Intermediate or its equivalent are eligible to apply.
  • Appearing Year: Those still appearing in 12th or its equivalent in the year 2025, in such case relevant conditions of Universities/ Institutions will be applied. The eligibility must be ensured from the website of respective Institutions/ Universities.

CUET 2025 Exam Pattern

Here, we have discussed CUET Exam pattern in below provided section:

  • Exam mode: CUET 2025 Exam will be held in online computer-based test mode.
  • Exam Date: The exam will be held in the month of May 2025.
  • Exam Shifts: It will be held in three shifts – 8.30am -10.30 am, 12 pm – 2pm & 3.30 pm – 6.30 pm.
  • Paper Medium: The exam will be conducted in Hindi, English, Bengali, Assamese, Gujarati, Malayalam, Kannada, Marathi, Odia, Tamil, Punjabi, Telugu & Urdu.
  • Question Paper Pattern: There will be objective type multiple choice questions in the paper.
  • Subjects: Three shifts will be conducted per day. Students can make choice of upto 10 subjects for exam.
  • Exam Duration: It will be conducted in multiple days in 3 slots per day.
  • Number of Sections: There will be three sections – Section 1A & 1 B (languages), Section 2 (Domain) and Section 3 (General test).
  • Choice of Subjects: Students can choose maximum of 10 subjects from all three sections.

CUET 2025 Preparation Tips

It is important for candidates to be well prepared for exam if they want to qualify CUET 2025 with good score. Read below provided CUET UG preparation tips to excel in exam:

Answer: CUET 2025 Notification is expected to release in January/ February 2025.

Answer: NTA is the conducting authority of CUET.

Answer: From all three sections, a candidate can choose any 10 subjects.

Answer: The test duration is 45 minutes. In case of subjects such as Economics, Accountancy, Computer Science/ Informatics Practises, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Applied Mathematics and General Test, the test duration is 60 minutes.

Answer: Yes, CUET scores are compulsory for getting admission in various Central Universities and affiliated colleges.

Answer: No, calculators are prohibited inside the exam hall. Candidates can use the onscreen calculators made available to them during exam.

Answer: You need not to worry about the preparation of both boards and CUET because the syllabus of CUET UG and Class 12th is similar. Complete syllabus of CUET for subject/ domain tests is based on 12th level and the efforts put up by the students for CUET will also help them in the preparation of boards too.

CUET 2025 Advance City Intimation Slip

NTA will release the advance city intimation slip in April 2025. After that the admit cards will be made available online on the website. It will mention the details of city where the exam center has been allotted to the registered candidates.

Using application number and date of birth, candidates will be able to download the city intimation slip. It will display the exam date, exam shift, subject/ test paper and medium selected by candidates during registration.

CUET 2025 Admit Card

Students will be able to download CUET UG Admit Card 2025 in the first week of May 2025. The admit cards will be available online by entering the login details – application number and password.

CUET Admit Card 2025 is an important document which must be brought by students on the exam day. Without showing hall ticket, candidates will not be allowed to take exam. If candidates face any difficulty while downloading the hall ticket, he/she must immediately contact the authority before exam date.

CUET Exam Centers

CUET Exam will be conducted in various cities in India and Outside India. As per previous year information, it will be organized in 285 cities in India. The exam will be held in 23 cities located outside India.

Few states include – Arunachal Pradesh, Andaman Nicobar, Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Chandigarh, New Delhi, Gujarat, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Kerala, Ladakh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Manipur, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Odisha, Punjab, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Tripura, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, etc.

CUET 2025 Answer Key

The authority will publish provisional answer key online on the website. CUET Answer Key will be made available in the fourth week of June 2025. Students will be able to calculate their scores using their answer key.

Candidates will be provided an opportunity for making challenges against the provisional answer key by paying a certain fee. Students must submit the objections before the last date. Final answer key will be released in June/ July 2025.

CUET 2025 Cut Off

Students will be able to check CUET cut off 2025 online on the website. It will be prepared with the rank list individually by each participating institution. It will be published separately for various categories – General, ST, SC, OBC, PWD & EWS.

The cut off will be prepared keeping in view factors like total exam takers, total seats, category, difficulty level, performance, etc.

CUET 2025 Result

Based on final answer key released by authority, the result will be declared in third week of July 2025. CUET Result can be checked by candidates by entering the login details. The marks obtained by candidates will be converted into scores for the multi shift papers.

Students must note that no scorecards will be dispatched to them and can only be downloaded online on the website.

CUET 2025 Counselling

The participating institutions will individually organize CUET counselling procedure. No centralized counselling will be organized by online mode. It will be organized in the last week of July 2025. 

Candidates who will successfully obtain the institution prescribed cut off will be considered eligible for counselling. Document verification, seat allotment procedure & admission policies can be checked by the candidates on the website.
