Assam Polytechnic PAT 2025 Eligibility

The eligibility criteria for Assam PAT will be along with the information bulletin on the respective website. Before filling out the application form, candidates must carefully check the eligibility criteria. Assam Polytechnic PAT 2025 Eligibility Criteria are as mentioned below:

General Eligibility:

• Domicile – Candidates must be an Indian National and permanent residents of Assam state.
• Medical – Candidates must be mentally and physically fit. A candidate may be asked to appear before a Medical Board duly constituted.

For Engineering and Technology Diploma Courses:

• Qualifying Exam: Candidates must have passed HSLC or its equivalent exam in a single sitting from any recognized board.
• Subjects: Mathematics and Science are the compulsory subjects in the qualifying exam.
• Aggregate Marks: 40% aggregate marks for general candidates, 35% marks for SC, and 33% marks for ST candidates in the mathematics and science subjects.
• Entrance Test: Candidates must have qualified Polytechnic Admission Test (PAT) for admission.

For Modern Office Management Diploma Course:

• Qualifying Exam: Students should have qualified 10+2 or any other equivalent exam from any recognized board.
• Stream: Candidates should have passed the qualifying exam in humanities, science, or commerce stream.
• Entrance Exam: It is necessary to qualify Assam PAT examination to get admission to diploma courses.

Assam Polytechnic PAT 2025 Application Form

Candidates wishing to apply for Assam Polytechnic exam will be able to apply through online mode. The Assam PAT 2025 application form will be released in the first week of June 2025. No other modes for the submission of applications will be entertained.

Candidates must fill out the application form before the due date. The registration window will be open for around 20 days and for the session 2025 candidates will be allowed to submit the form by the fourth week of June 2025.

In the application form, candidates will be required to upload scanned images of the photograph and signature. The images must be in JPG format and image size should not exceed 100 KB. If documents will not be in the prescribed format then there are chances of application rejection.

Candidates will also have to pay Rs. 300/- as an application fee. The fee payment can be done through debit card, credit card, or net banking.  Failure in fee submission or delay in application fee submission can also lead the candidates for form rejection.

There is no need to send the hard copy of the application form to the Directorate of Technical Education, Assam. After submitting the application, candidates can check their application status through login.

Assam Polytechnic Application Correction 2025

Those who are interested in applying for the Assam PAT upcoming session registration form are advised to fill out the form very carefully and correctly. Directorate of Technical Education, Assam is going to provide candidates facility to make changes to the application form.

The edit window will be available through online mode only. It will be open for a few days so candidates have to make changes within the given time. Assam PAT 2025 application correction link will be activated in the second week of June 2025.

To use the edit window candidates will first have to log in with the help of their application number and password to their account. Through this facility, candidates will be not able to make changes in all the sections. Only a few fields will be allowed to be edited through this facility.
