BVP CET Exam Pattern 2026

Below we have provided the exam pattern of BVP CET examination:

• Mode of Exam: The exam will be held through computer based mode.
• Number & Type of Questions: 200 Multiple choice questions will be asked in the examination.
• Language: The question paper will be set in English language.
• Duration: The exam duration will be three hours.
• Marking Scheme: One mark will be given for each correct answer and no negative marking for wrong answer or unanswered questions.

BVP CET Syllabus 2026

The syllabus has been released by BVP through online mode. Students are able to check the BVP CET 2026 syllabus in PDF format. The syllabus will be different for each programme offered by BVP, so candidates are suggested to prepare as per their applied course.

Syllabus for B.Tech course will have topics from Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry subjects. For law courses, questions will be asked from English Grammar, Usage & Comprehension, Current Legal News & General Knowledge, Legal aptitude, Analytical ability & Logical Reasoning and Social Sciences with an emphasis on Indian Constitution & Political System in India.

BVP CET Admit Card 2026

The admit card will be released on different dates as per the courses applied by the candidates. BVP CET 2026 admit card will be released through online mode only. To access the admit card, candidates have to login to their dashboard and download it.

Hall Ticket is a necessary document which is required at the time of examination. Without admit card, candidates will not be allowed to appear at the exam center. Candidates must bring one photo ID proof along with the admit card on examination day.

BVP CET 2026 Result

Candidates will be able to check the result through online mode. Candidates are required to visit their application portal to check the BVP CET Result 2026. The result for B.Tech courses will be announced on 19th June 2026.

Based on the candidate’s performance in the exam a merit list will be released by the university. Separate merit list will be published for general category and NRI, Foreign, OCI, PIO categories. Candidates have to appear for counselling as per their rank.

BVP CET 2026 Counselling

Counselling for B.Tech courses will be commenced from 29th June 2026. BVP CET counselling process will be organized through offline mode at different centers. The authority will not send any individual invitation for counselling, candidates have to self check their merit and appear for counselling as per the schedule.

The allocation of seats will be done as per the preferences filled by the candidates, category, rank and availability of seats in institutions. At the time of reporting, candidates have to produce the required documents in original along with photocopies. The list of required documents is given below:
