CAT 2024 Scorecard will be available in December 2024. CAT (Common Admission Test) is a national level entrance examination to get admissions in the MBA professional programme and its specialisations.  It is conducted once in a year.

CAT entrance exam is conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs). Many other institutions also consider the CAT score card for providing admission into MBA programmes. CAT Result 2024/ 2025

CAT 2024/ 2025 Result will be published on the website of CAT. Candidates can view their results through the online mode only. Candidates gets shortlisted on the basis of their performance. Names of the selected candidates is published on the respective IIMS websites.

Candidates are advised to check & downloaded their result carefully. Candidates must also advised to check that information mentioned in the score card is accurate or not. The result can not send to any candidate individually.

CAT Result 2024/ 2025 Dates

The CAT examination will be conducted in fourth week of November 2024. It will be held in two sessions (Forenoon and afternoon). CAT 2024 Answer key will be released in first week of December 2024. The result will be declared in December 2024.

Candidates are instructed to download their results on due date. The final result after making the merit by each IIM will be displayed after one month of the result announcement. The final merit list will be published in each website of IIM.

CAT 2024/ 2025 Score Card

Appeared candidates can view or download their score card through online mode. CAT 2024 score card can be checked by entering the login details such as user Id and password. If candidate forget their password they can recover it by clicking on ‘Forget Password’ button.

The selection procedure for the next rounds will be conducted after the few weeks of the declaration of result. The score card carry the candidate’s personal and qualifying marks details. It includes the marks scored in each section by the candidate.

How to Download CAT Result 2024

Candidates are instructed to follow the steps given below:

• Click on the link and you get redirected to the CAT website for result.
• Now, enter your login details such as your user ID and password.
• Click on ‘Login’ button.
• Your result/ score card is appeared on your computer screen.
• Check it carefully and take extra printout of it.
• Keep it safe till the admission procedure.

CAT 2024/ 2025 Percentile Calculation

CAT Result 2024 will be declared in the form of percentile. The CAT 2024 Percentile is calculated on the basis of CAT marking scheme.

The total score is adjusted through a process called “equating”. Then, the score is normalised across different sections. Thereafter, the normalised scores secured by the candidates can be further converted into percentiles for the purposes of shortlisting.

CAT Admission Procedure

The list of the selected candidates will be displayed on each IIMs website. CAT 2024 Admission Process will be started after the result announcement. Every IIM will send the interview letter to the shortlisted candidates for their campus.

Each IIM has their own eligibility and selection criteria for providing admissions. It will vary IIM to IIM.  The next date of selection procedure will be included with the written ability test (WAT), group discussion (GD) and personal interview (PI).

The IIMs will also be considered other factors for offering admissions such as past academic performance, CAT 2024 score and above mentioned factors.
